Is the important word here everyone? does everyone have to be held back or is it just a majority, or is it just the loudest couple? I think holding everyone back is a great game tactic to be honest, thanks for the idea.

Yeh you are, your saying that if someone attacks you they should be banned.

I saw it advertised on the telly but haven't seen it yet, I may choose to watch it online. I remember sherlock said "trust me, I'm sherlock" or something along those lines in the advertisements, I think it sounds pretty similar to Dr Who.

Mather, I believe you are missing the point of the game.

thats completly irrelevant, a person should be allowed to attack whoever they want in hegemony without fair of making little Mather's game not fun anymore. A person should be allowed to destroy every single player in the game, leaving them helpless to do a thing because this is the game. Bully: Everyone who's ever attacked someone in hegemony according to Mather.

They still shouldn't be banned for it. People should be entitled to attack* whoever they want to! *lets not use the word bully, it giving a bad name to powerful hegemony players. If one country attacks another country continuously or whatever they are attacking it.

It doesn't matter does it though. A powerful country can attack whoever it wants with whatever weapons it wants, a divine power can't just stop them. If a person is attacking you than you can get your allys and attack them back, otherwise they are free to do whatever they want (as long as its within the rules)

Mather, tv show tech is made to look good, the shape is actually the worst possible idea ever but it looks good so they went with it. The rest of us are using more probable shapes and weapons. (if that makes any sense at all)

What the [bleep]! If someone is attacking people than people can attack them back, the moderator should ban those weapons but if not than the person is perfectly entitled to attack whoever they feel, for whatever reason. Mathers hegemony. No attacking, jingoism, banter between countrys. If someone gets too powerful they are banned. I will allow everything but if it ruins gameplay (for the person being attacked) than it is insantly banned along with the attacker.

Banning is if a person is ruining the game, if they are not breaking any rules than they shouldn't be banned.

In response to GM powers, the GM should post a link to the unacceptable things done in the thread and than the moderator should see if breaks any game rules/forum rules. It should be a GM's descision to boot people but it has to be played with the admin. It's not the descision of the players. That should fix all problems.

We are happy with overpowered bombs and whatever but when you get into proxy controlling us the game ceases to be fun, if he can convince people to not want to go on a war or an enemy ship to become an ally than we are stepping away from a fun brawl with people trying to be clever. My race can be traced and for a time removed easily, my race can't get teleport from ship to ship and I don't think it would be very plausible for half my race to replace another one; I am 'stealth' wheras he can affect greatly (as he's said with his war example).

If you look at the red you will see a 'view it anyway?', I find this extremly annoying because I literally can't help clicking it, please can there be an option in mange ignored users to choose to view there posts or not.
