Extremes without stews is as fast as super energies or any other normal potion. The exceptions being ext range because you are withdrawing 27 pots at a time, so it's slightly faster. The other exception is ext mage if you account for the time grinding mud runes, which should be done beforehand. I haven't kept track of my ovl/hr rate so I can't help you there. I'm assuming you are using the tort/yak method for ovls?

Most herbs are buying for med price or lower right now, so it would make more sense to put MTK on the most profitable items. Then use the money you made from that to buy more herbs than you would have gotten from MTK alone.
