Playerxx11
You should try and get a rapier because I have heard it is very good and you should buy a fury and a berseker ring with the 60m. You also might want to get piety if you don't already it have and extremes if you don't have them. Hope I Helped.
Mini_Spawn
Look into barrows gloves and a fire cape. Both will require you to buy new gear etc that you can resell after you get them. You also need a fury and a berzerker ring, as well as a bandos chestplate. If getting a rapier is out of the question then consider adding a whip vine to your whip to make its stats better. When you save up enough money for a skill milestone that relates to combat (86 herblore to boost for extremes, 70 prayer) etc, then sell what gear you have to to purchase this. The fury and berserker ring should be your top priority because they add the most offensive bonuses. Most monsters that are assigned as slayer tasks don't hit hard/often so high defence isnt necessary. Using a bunyip or enhanced excalibur is usually enough
Ezkaton
TBH the standard slayer set up is: Full Slayer Helm.Fury.Rapier/Whip.Dragon Degender.Bandos Chestplate.Bandos Tassets.Barrows Gloves - from RFD.Dragon Boots.RoW/Berserker Ring (You might go for zerker, but I personally use RoW).Fire Cape/Soul wars Cape/Skill Cape. If you decide to sell Tassets etc for more money for skills then buy in Verac Skirt and perhaps a Torag Chestplate (then again you have torso). Also buy in: Prosylite top and bottom.Karil top and bottom.Zamorakian Spear.Ahrim robe top and bottom (if you want to mix up slayer a bit).Staff of Light.Dragon Claws - if you want.Armadyal (only if you're going to range slay).Whip vine when you're 85 atack if you don't have a rapier. Cannon + Cannonballs always makes tasks a lot quicker and you still profit.EEE is good with Bunyip. Also buy in super potions and prayer potions. After this I'd suggest keeping a buffer cash pile you're comfortable with and investing in summoning, prayer and herblore (perhaps herblore for the BXPW when it swings around). Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.2672nd person to reach 2496 total. Thanks to Wicked for the awesome siggy :D

If you don't have it already, get 70 Prayer for Piety. Now that the basics are out of the way, here's what else I'd get:Full Slayer HelmFuryFire CapeZerker RingRapierProselyte HauberkVerac's Skirt Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.
Quyneax
The base slayer gear is as follows (alternatives in brackets):[For all slayer monsters except those mentioned under other weapons] Chaotic rapier (whip)Bandos body + legs (Verac's skirt with either fighter torso or proselyte top)[Depending on prayer/accuracy needs] Fire cape/Soul Wars cape/Ardougne cloak 3Barrows gloves (your best rfd gloves, at least rune)Dragon boots (rune boots)Amulet of fury (glory)Dragon defender (rune defender)Berserker ring (i)/ferocious ring if slaying in Kuradal's Dungeon (berserker ring, warrior ring)[Most important] Full slayer helmet.[For magic defence on waterfiends/aquanites] Karil's top and elite void skirt (black dragonhide body and chaps)[Crush attacks to use on waterfiends] Chaotic maul (Saradomin sword, Zamorakian spear)[stab attacks for higher-levelled dragons, when not using rapier] Korasi's sword (Zamorakian spear, leaf-bladed sword)Task-specific items such as mirror shields, antifire shields/potions, elemental shields, rock hammers, crystal chimesCannon (optional, up to personal preference)Slayer setups generally emphasise strength bonus, which increases the average damage of each succesful hit (slayer monsters usually having rather low defence, hitting is not a problem). Secondly, prayer bonus is important to keep the cost of prayer potions down (as you slay with piety on, to increase the speed of your kills. This is cost-effective and highly recommended). As a rule of thumb, +10 prayer bonus or above is good, but don't overdo it (anything above +20 is a waste). Defence and accuracy bonus are usually not fretted over (any defence bonus over 200 will do; if you get hit too often you should be using a protection prayer). Dagganoth, black demon, black dragon, lesser demon, hellhound, bloodveld and spectre tasks should be cannoned, as it dramatically increases xp rates (although it costs a bit). Some notes on gear: You'll want a fury and a berserker ring before you get bandos plate, and get that before tassets. You'll want accuracy bonus on higher-levelled dragons; if using stab attacks (which you should) you can use the Ardougne cloak 3 which provides you with +6 stab and +6 prayer bonus. Torso + sw cape and fire cape + proselyte are common cheap top/cape combinations; the former is better. Some levels to get for slayer (in approximate order but I'm not sure on the summoning):70 prayer and King's Ransom - piety68 summoning - bunyip81 dungeoneering (you need 2 million xp, which takes you to level 80, but allowing some tokens for the scroll of life) - rapier89 herblore (85 with a +4 stew boost) - extreme potions, superantifires95 prayer - turmoil and soul split88 summoning - unicorn96 herblore (91 with a +5 stew boost) - overload99 summoning - steel titanI'm sure I missed something but this is most of it. @ Ezkaton: You don't need proselyte, Bandos is better. Quyneax
Dharok's is still very good if you can pull it off well. By that I mean that Dharok's can compete raw dps-wise will all the best slayer gear including FSH, except chaotic weapons. Similarly it competes with chaotics off-task even though you can use void deflector. It's just really inconvenient to maintain that low health, the overkill loss is huge, and you can't use it on various 'special' monsters such as abberant spectres (need nose peg), metal dragons (due to being slash/crush) and suqah (due to not being able to pray vs multiple styles). But in general, Dharok's is pretty decent on things like mutated bloodvelds and LRC. Just make sure you have a strong familiar or cannon to finish off the low-health monsters. pulli23
As a side node: at least get "something" from the list quyneax posted: Having verac/proselyte as well as karils is much better than having only full bandos. Also as waterfiends are only a small portion of your tasks I wonder if getting a maul is worth the time (this depends on your slayer/dungeoneering goal though), a zammorak spear kills them easily enough. First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me. Tec106
Yeah, but dragon boots don't match Chaotic Rapier. For cosmetic purposes, I'd go with Rock Climbing boots :-) But in all seriousness, I'd suggest getting a Fire Cape. I'm sure you could do it with your stats. Put yo heart into it! The fact that nobody understands you doesn't mean you're an artist.
