Since when did this thread get so full of text.. Something relevant:

Thanks, another poem has been added to the top. It's short and may have a feeling of being rushed and unpolished but it literally came together within 5 minutes of starting to write. I do plan in future of polishing it off but here's the rough skeleton I have.

It feels unfinished and it doesn't really feel like a poem, it's just too broken. However, I do like it a lot. Especially the meaning behind it and the use of metaphors.

Yeah, just been busy and a lack of interest led to a post decline.

Today I realisd how useful friends are when weeding out the [cabbage] girls from the good girls and thus, because of it, going from 2 possibles to 0.

I find something wrong with her face, it just doesn't look right.

Okay, I saw this girl saturday. Things happened. Now, why from Sunday has she pretty much ignored me? She didn't ignore me after we left, we continued to text for a couple of hours before I fell asleep on the Saturday evening, but on the Sunday I would receive one text an hour if I was lucky. Now it's Monday and i've heard nothing.. Maybe I'm just being too eager as we've text constantly everyday all day for the past month. But then again she has almost been to eager before she simply said she needed to "chill." Basically, Is there a reason for this quietness or is it just me? When do you start a conversation and when do you not? Why are girls so bloody difficult?

I realised I've gone over the allowance for unlimited texts. Bollocks.

This place is nice and cheerful today... Secret: I'm terrified of going to America next July.

Past experiences have made me too cautious in relationships. Bleh.

Thanks for the advice, I may as well give it a go as I have nothing to lose. We get a long well and for once I actually have an understanding of the girl. Hopefully, if we can navigate a year in a long distance relationship it will all become a bit easier when I move up north nearer to her for university as she is not applying for another two years. Though this may all be futile as I may end up living permanently in America this time next year.

Have any of you guys got long distance relationship experience? If so what's it like because I've entered one it seems. Google seems to be viewing this thread...

For me it's the exact opposite - I remember voices easier than names. I didn't think I was bad at remembering names until Freshers week at Uni. Met so many new people and could barely remember half of their names. I could however, remember what they were studying which was weird. Luckily at work we all wear name badges so that's that sorted. Whenever meeting somebody I quickly apologise in advance as I know I'll forget their names unless some small miracle happens.

Confession/Regret: The ability to remember somebody's voice. It's the one thing I forget but the one thing I want to remember. Confession/Secret: I can't help but laugh at flirting. I just find it ridiculous and can never keep a straight face through it. She is also way too full on with the innuendos..
