It would be nearly as inefficient as leaving barb outpost, for example. So, no. It can't be considered as a bad idea to leave runespan considering his situation. Even just leave to do daily jack of trades is worth it. Can he even do jack of trades or this a joke I misunderstood? fair enough gemeos, and he CAN do jack of trades ... but he hasn't purchased it so that rules that out He could just buy it and use it for farming or runecrafting. It would be a better idea to use in Runecrafting, obviously. But if he's going to do farming at Livid Farm (as previously discussed), it's going to be slower than Runecrafting. So, using it at Farming is a better idea if you think you wont get 200m before all the other skills. This would also be a good idea:

Dynamic time calc update. It updates automatically every min. Huge thanks to Thai Thong for giving me one formula so I could make this spreadsheet. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AiNH0EgjDiPcdG5kdUJBMEstWG94dXlwVlhFa1ZoQ3c Some data might be unavailable sometimes but that's temporary and it isn't really my fault. It fix itself when it updates. I might still make weekly time calc update but now it just takes me 3 secounds since it's just copy + paste. I used to check manually every person on the list.

I have no idea what happened in Ftsssg case.... Neither in Drumgun case... The other ones that hours increased is because of what I said in the previous week: "I might reduce the crafting xp rate from 660k (dragonstones) to 450k (black d'hide bodys) since the limit of dragonstones is ridicolously low. It takes 8 days to buy one hour of crafting dragonstones. 2424 days or 6.6 years to 200m all. I know you can buy it from friends but not like anyone really makes it." Elias gained 2 positions. Skiller 703 lost 2 positions. Ftsssg gained 1 position. Klonki lost 1 position. Drumgun gained 1 position. Dragonseance lost 1 position. I can calc you if you want me to. Just pm me here or in-game or just post.

That's what my calculator assumes. Also, I would like to know how top players really train firemaking to make the calculator realistic as possible for top players.

Suomi needs the following XP to achieve 50m base: ~18725k Thieving XP ~19750k Hunter XP Assuming Suomi already have SOTG (which isn't true), Suomi need ~62.4 hours to Thieving and ~71.8 hours to Hunter. That's a total of ~134.2 hours. If suomi doesn't get SOTG in those ~18.7m XP (it took me ~54m XP so you never know (Even though I belive it's more common now), suomi would seed ~74.8 hours of Thieving making a total of ~146.6 hours. -- Anyways, it's always more... efficient (or w/e you want to call it) to do 200m straight rather than keep changing the skill. It probably depends in the person but what I keep watching is this.

This should mean that dg is faster. Yea. Also it means that it will be easier to find empty slayer monster training spots. Whys that? I hope they increase the spawn rates too. Because if you kill monsters faster, you will need to stay less time in a certain spot.

QBD 225k xp/hr using sharks as food. Obviously saradomin brews would make it faster.
-
500k XP/hr instead of 450k. Depends in prices if it is a reliable choice for training or not. I don't think all the QBD kills in the world could keep even one player going with max xp rate per hour. There just aren't enough hides coming into the game for it to be anywhere viable. It's guessable that the same happened with any dragon (that drop hides) in the past.

I belive he meant familiars too....

I heard they are 30k cash/hr....

You don't need Tokkul. You can only buy the following items with Tokkul: Toktz-xil-ul Toktz-xil-ak Toktz-ket-xil Toktz-xil-ek Toktz-mej-tal Tzhaar-ket-em Tzhaar-ket-om Obsidian cape Fire rune Water rune Air rune Earth rune Mind rune Body rune Chaos rune Death rune Tin Copper Iron ore Uncut sapphire Uncut emerald Uncut onyx Onyx bolt tips Recharging TokKul-Zo (Teleporting does not use up any charges, even when outside of the TzHaar City) So, all those are useless when going to 200m all. Even if they weren't, you could buy them from GE except the last one.

408k xp/h if d stones are 660k/h. Black d'hide bodies are 450k/h. As a side note, diamonds are 516k/h. Idk about the trade limits. Grandexchange 4hours limit for each uncuted gem useful for Crafting training: Uncut diamond - 500 Uncut dragonstone - 100 Uncut emerald - 1000 Uncut ruby - 1000 Uncut sapphire - 1000
-
I'd agree with making that change - training crafting with only dstones is great when you're being purely theoretical, but your time calcs are a bit more practical than that, so it's a good change to make. Yea. Even from 13m XP to 200m XP it's just more ~140 hours. So, the positions shouldn't change. Well we will see in 7 days.

It's because Runetracker and the Runescape Highscores can both be a bit buggy and used to ones advantage. Basically, after Suomi's first autologout session the highscores didn't update, so he was able to play for >12 hours before it updated. During the time when the highscores weren't updating it passed the 1 day inactivity mark, which means that Runetracker could be updated even though Suomi hadn't gained exp. Then two hours after that Suomi logged out again and the highscores were finally updated. Thus, it shows Suomi gaining 2.1 mil attack exp in a 2 hour period, which is clearly impossible. Regardless of all that, and to answer your question Ape Atoll skeletons are fastest at about 200k xp/hr. Ape atoll skeletons are 180k XP/hr. Dagannoth sentinels at Dominion Tower are 265k XP/hr without Summon Potions. With summon potions, you get a lil more XP/hr but with more cost. You can see the method suomi is using in his lastest party vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjTP8_HNmcI&feature=g-u-u

Probably telmomarques.

To be honest I didn't enjoy that part. That seems to imply Jake uses the same methods of Suomi and just simply gets less XP per hour, and that's why lower gains. Something that isn't true at all. Jake is using green/blue d'hide bodys (while suomi used black) and plays less hours than Suomi. Just wanted to make that clear.

Also thieving, may or may not be the same speed but it is a very fast skill Isn't it like 400K/hour? 300k, maybe 310k if you duo? I'm sure Gemeos will post the exact rates soon enough, but it's not much different from hunter which is just under 300k. I'm also not sure how much xp Suomi will have to do without sceptre of the gods. He said earlier on in this thread that he was planning to do Monkey Knife Fighters I think... Draconic Jadinkos is 275k/h, according to Gemeos duo PP is 315k/h, and if I recall correctly the absolute max at Monkey Knifes is 320k/h. Suomi said in here or in youtube that he's going to do Pyramid Plunder. Draconics are 275k/hr if you include the time getting all the potions, etc. 295k if you just consider draconics. Thieving is 300k XP/hr solo, 310-315k if duo with a EXTREMELY good partner. I remember rejecting too many people to pp with me because we started right at same time but, after some games, I was at door 2 or 3 at first room and he/she just joined pp resetting all the doors. As you can imagine, if you want to be such a perfect player at Pyramid Plunder, every game tick counts. Remember that most of times, 1 extra tick would give you the chance to open one more urn (remember that chance of failling is 31%). I'll try to explain better my point.... Let's say in every game of an hour, 1 extra tick would give you the chance to try to open one more time (or one more urn). Each urn in last room gives you 825 XP. So, if you have 31% chance of failling.... you technically get 569.25 XP per try. You will complete about 12 games per hour. 12*569.25=6831 So, we can conclude that by just wasting 1 tick per game (most people that care a bit waste like 10 most of times), makes you waste around 6831 XP/hr. It might not seem much but does not forget we are talking about just a single tick. (The fact that in Pyramid Plunder every game tick counts SO MUCH, is the reason I miss PP every day and I think about it even when not playing RuneScape :/) The max of monkeys are 315k/hr (but no one can keep that pace really), 300k is a bit more reliable. I never seen someone training to 200m Thieving at monkeys, just short term training because it "burns eyes and hands". With black ibis clothes (this requeres training at Pyramid Plunder), max would be 322875 XP/hr and the more reliable version 307.5k. Overall, considering time to get sceptre of the gods and all pots of hunter, Thieving is still faster since you get sotg pretty quickly now.

@Gemeos 2 ticks to teleport to fight pits 8 ticks to bank 2 ticks to teleport to monastery 32 ticks from the monastery to the ladder 2 ticks to go down the ladder 10 ticks to the rope 2 ticks to go down the rope 25ish ticks to get to the fishing spot. So it takes 83 ticks to bank, assuming you hurry. If you have to bank every 160 potatoes (to allow room for urns/bait), and assuming you drop rocktails as they come, you'll have to bank every 528 ticks. So you get 16 rocktails (456 xp each w/ urns) every 611 ticks. Assuming a 5800 tick hour, that means 69,258 xp/hour. With t4 cots, you have to bank every 576 ticks. This leads to 130,641 xp/hour. Those tick counts seems a way too low. Look at teleport to monastery, for example. How can you only spend 2 ticks by clicking in the armour tab, go to the ring spot thing, click to monestery, teleport time while moving your char to monastery... I guess you see what I mean. Probably it's more like ~120k or ~125k xp/hr. Anyway, at C2 you get 70k fishing + 70 wc xp per hour (in the same hour). So, for those 2 200m's xp you would need ~2860 hours. Doing your (even) 130k XP/hr method, for 200m Fishing XP you need ~1540 hours and for 200m Woodcutting XP ~1430 hours. Total of 2970 hours (and much more effort and much less realistic to do for 200m XP) Your method would only be a good idea if you are already 200m Woodcutting (and if you are super heroe and don't miss any tick each 3 since you can't forget to count them in your head since you have no sign how many already occoured).

Gemeos2 doesn't say it is 120k or w/e. I disagree with Dragonseance because his calcs are a way too rough but the principle of how auras work is aparently right. What I mean with this is that Dragonseance didn't consider you have to bank 3 times more than with no aura. 3 times for the banking rocktails and also getting more urns. If you drop them, the conversation is different. But, if you are going to drop rocktails, it's pointless since it would cost cash and, if you don't want to afk, go to c2. Also, the fishing aura is the probably the worst skilling aura you can buy since there's c2 out there. It's just waste of loyality points. By the way, Dragonseance says it's 105,080 with t4 aura and 50,360 with no aura. well when i talked to you you said you helped with some of the calculations for his xp rates. and i still dont think any of them are right. I just helped with a lil of the math. The theory (how auras work and xp rates) is all from Dragonseance. I disagree with some XP rates even with no aura: - Fishing is 45k unless you are using pack yak but, if you are going to use pack yak, wouldn't seriously just prefer c2 for the same afk time and no loyality points spent? Also, C2 is better anyway. - Barbarian Fishing should be considered as 94.9k Fishing XP/hr, not 99088. - Ivy isn't 81960 XP rate average long hours. 70k and I would agree. I remember Zarfot discussing this because people always say that ivy is 80k or even 85k (some say 100k!) which isn't true at all. - Arctic pines are no way 131040 XP/hr. 110k yes. Inb4 "130k if you split": Aura doesn't help splitting process. - Draconics aren't 288,750 XP/hr but 295k - Mining isn't 95,600 XP/hr but 97k XP/hr. I remember helping him with Fishing now that I wrote all that text, by the way. I assumed his XP rates.

Can you find out the xp rate with banking? And Cabbage Fishing sounds better to be honest. Ideally you'd use whatever vegetable is cheapest (and I have no idea which one is). Furthermore, you'd get people to run you sacks every so often and drop rocktails as you get them. I'll see if I can get a realistic estimate though. People running sacks isn't realistic to 200m Fishing XP to be honest. Can you try find the XP rate without runners?
