  1. According to my calcs, suomi need 3168 hours to 200m at the date of this post. Last week, he played 42 hours. 3168/42=75.4 weeks left to 200m all with this pace. That's october 2013.
  2. Superheating does not have any effect in Mining XP rate.
  3. Zarfot, you will be missed. :(
  4. Except splitting at arctics doesn't require nearly as much effort as pyrelord fming or even conventional fming and yet most people that train wcing still do ivy... Most people will jump at the chance for an afkable method that gives decent Xp/hr and won't bother with more click-intensive ones. The reward gap either isn't large enough or the afkable one is simply way too high to begin with. Ivy is what 80k exp/hour and pines are what 120k exp/hour? I think that is a big enough difference (1/3rd) Pines are 120k if not splitting, 130k if splitting with adze and 140k if splitting with dragon hatchet. The fact is that pines are almost as afk as ivy (or even equally afk), the only big deal for some people is the dropping. If you split with dragon hatchet for some more efficient woodcutting experience, you will just get extra 20k xp/hr which is ridicolous low.
  5. Yea it just makes me sad that non-afk methods like bolts while fletch, rc, turn runes into dust, etc turn in afk methods.
  6. There's make-x firemaking at Jadinko Lair already. :( 2012 sof&afkscape.
  7. Exactly. At this moment, the time calc is only usefull for players like Jake that already got 200m slayer and 600m melee, due to the lack of the new effigy formula.
  8. :) It was like 50-55k XP/hr after nerf. Now it should be like 55-60k. Barbarian Outpost doing the pit is still the best method.
  9. As an approximation you could say it is 3/8 the speed of regular chinning because the time between attack turns is 4/3 times longer and 1/2 the range xp normally gotten would be defence xp instead So around 260k XP/hr. Better to do it then. That would make chinning 700k/hr lol. I dont think even the chin+cannon+steel titan method is that fast, either way the titan and cannon dont give defence xp. According to what I keep hearing, Chinning is 700k XP/hr without cannon. Are you absolutely positive that when people tell you 700k/hr they aren't referring to total xp gain? Because that would be about accurate for chinning without cannon or anything. I am not absolutely positive about anything related to chinning since I didn't test myself. Just saying what I heard in the hope to be helpful.

  11. The youtube thing? Oh it was a in-side joke lol @offquote:
  12. You actually do practically all through slayer if you use a good task list.
  13. Edited first post so it should look better now... Also a few prints:

  15. I thought it was best to effigy slayer anyway but people just effigied rc as the difference was minimal and slayer is generally more enjoyable. Slayer is far from being the best skill to effigy because: - You get melee XP doing it - You get charms doing it - You get ranged XP doing it - You get effigys doing it - You get Prayer XP doing it - You get Herblore XP doing it It might be low numbers for you, but it isn't that low when you are going for 200m Slayer.
  16. JaGeX just game some teaser images and devblog about Runespan: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9kiR1TZ6J4&feature=channel&list=UL By reading the devblog, I think it will be like the lash power factory mini-game... Like changing the place you should go all the time, etc. I wonder how much this will affect 200m all... Also the best skill to effigy from now on will be Agility instead of Runecrafting, I guess. Also, I wonder how many people will decide to get 200m Runecrafting if this update is good.
  17. Sad... Zarfot is almost getting kicked from top 15 :(
  18. You will hate then. It's confirmed that it's higher XP/hr than ZMI by JaGeX. With the method of running back to the bank. no doubt. Edit. using rest feature when needed Edit2. without ardougne cape Ardougne cape only gives extra runes mate.

  20. I guess that completely kills the possibility of him getting even a single 200m in a slow skill. Leave alone 200m all.
  21. Cooking is 250 hours. Fletching is zero time value since you can easly do it while wc, for example. So the only thing we should value is 200m cooking which is 250 hours.
  22. Edited: Barb is 69.1k XP/hr without the pit. We also need to add the XP that come from the pit. I heard it varies but you'll get somewhere between 70-80k xp/hr. So, Barb is 70-80k XP/hr. If Runespan is higher XP/hr than that, it would be better to use effigies and use lamps in Agility rather than in Runecrafting.
