No.
Learn patience, you can live 2 weeks without an update.

However, they might currently be working on something big or is it just me that don't give a thing about RuneScape competitions? The chances of you winning it is minimal unless your art skills are terrific. Mine, however, suck. :P

Morality shouldn't be different just because it's over the Internet; e-bullying, for example, also has its effect. Offensive language isn't always offensive, though, so that's a common mistake on Jagex's part. It might be foul, but it's not offensive. If it is, then yeah, I guess. Regarding your last question, I have no idea. Doesn't make sense to me.

Yes. For slayer, torso is usually enough (even with a bunyip) and for bosses, you often use e.g. Karil's top, anyway (e.g. at Dagannoth kings, Bandos, etc.).

How do you make those 'Show/Hide'-boxes?

For magic: ancient staff < staff of light (possibly with battle robes)
For ranged: normally rune crossbow + broad-tipped bolts (cheap and efficient)
For melee: whip for attack/defence, saradomin sword for strength, zamorakian spear for creatures weak to stab (and crush - the chaotic rapier is better for stab and the chaotic maul is better for crush, though)... you can also train all of your melee skills at once using the whip's controlled option.

DDS has a slightly higher max I believe, and you get more specs with it.
DClaws's damage distribution isn't uniform like that of the DDS, so the expected hit from Claws might be higher. Plus it's significantly more accurate. With that said, I think DDS still might win out against 0 defense because of the 2 added specs.
only the problem is dds spec are barely better than rapier, so you'd still be more efficient with claws.
I find claws to be way more accurate, however, the DDS can quite quite high and the special attack only drains half of dragon claws' (I hit like 390-390 on a tormented demon with a DDS once, but rarely such high hits). With claws, however, I managed to hit like 500-800 every time despite the 50% drain.

Usually, what's best to merchant; 3-dose or 4-dose potions?
If the potion had another use e.g. could be made into an extreme potion, it'd probably be 3-dose. But if it didn't, would it be 4-dose (normally)?

Graardor's ranged attack's accuracy is calculated based on your magic def. You could try out a high mage-def setup.

If I were you, I'd look at it this way:
Excalibur: when defence and healthpoints are needed
Korasi's: when the monster's defence is high (e.g. steel dragons)
Claws: when the monster's defence is decent/low

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like you're getting these court summons and throwing them away because they're not the mime ones. Wouldn't doing them increase your chances the next time of getting a mime summons? The court cases themselves are not lengthy affairs by any means, and Zybez has a detailed guide on all the options you need to choose to remove the guesswork.

You don't have to wait 2 weeks before you receive another one. If you get one and it's been less than two weeks since the last one you did, it will tell you how long you have to wait to do it. Also, the 2 weeks thing only applies to the 2nd batch of cases, not the original ones.
No, but I have to wait 2 weeks to be able to do another one... which I don't want to.

That said, Chrome does have some annoying issues on F2P; whenever the advert changes it causes some whacky blinking and stuff. Might be 'cause I haven't updated for a while though :P (Edit: updated, still the same thing. Updated version does use a tad less memory though still more than FF)
Chrome still does the flashing thing when another advert loads :\ that's why I avoid Chrome basically.
Yeah, Chrome flashes sometimes (or at least did). I'm P2P, so I wouldn't know, currently... I think it also depends on your PC.
