I just started doing her again since the accuracy/defense update and she hits like a truck now apparently. What kind of times are people averaging these days? I'm using drygores, tetsu top+bottom, DL hood, WarPriest gloves/boots, sara whisper, 6th age circuit, and skill cape (t) so I know it won't be the best of the best times but I'd like to know what times I should realistically expect to be able to get.

14 kills in 55 min so would have been 15 kph which I'm a little disappointed with but this is my first time back to her since she got buffed in the accuracy/defense update. Made plenty of mistakes including getting time stopped 4 times in the first 4 kills which hurt me pretty bad but I still pulled out with 4.2 mil for the hour. Now to the jadinko lair to burn some curly roots while I watch Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr.). EDIT Worth noting that with penance I literally need no prayer potions/sup restores if using prayer renewals. Saves a small amount of cash and leaves room for more rocktails. I imagine that with a unicorn (didn't use one this time) I could get away with not banking the whole hour taking the rocktails as they drop. Also any and all torstol seeds are not counted because I farm them for more cash and I obviously use any rocktails dropped as food for future runs.

Already bought penance, I'll be logging my first kills by the end of tonight. :) I'll still be using a Uni to cut back on rocktail use though. Do her AoE attacks hit familiars? Nope, I've "quit" probably 6 times in the 8 years I've been playing. When I come back I always try to do F2P and get bored within a day and end up buying members because most of what I enjoy is combat and F2P combat is absolutely horrible.

It should, I wish I would have thought about this when I was doing my standard voyage data. I can do some testing on it. do you have data for probability of trade good rolls without keeping bones/spices? It's about 9.6-7% chance at any trade good at all and about 5.9-6.0% chance of getting Plate/chi/lac with the vast majority of them being 5 (6 with merch). As soon as I manage to get a bones and a spice voyage in the queue I'll start recording the rates of getting P/C/L as well. If you PM me your email I can share the doc with you as well so you can just add it in to your own tab. The best way to get lacquer is to have 2 totems set up for the convict and one for the assassin so you have the best chance of getting lacquer in special voyages every day, either 5 (6) with the convict or 10 (13) with the duo convict/assassin voyage. Besides that just set up 4 jade totems and hope for the RNG gods to shine down on your standard voyages.

For as long as I've been following the thread the final word on priorities with new regions (cherrywood, jade, and steel for sure) are : 1. New Ships (2, 3 and 4) 2. Rudder 3. Crew 4. Other ship upgrades 5. Building Upgrades

That sounds like horrible luck. I managed to get all my trio's done for the hyi ju or whatever storyline in a week (failed the last one in the series 3 times). Do you have your totems set up right? I went ahead and sold my virtus wand for ~8 mil more than I bought it for 3 days ago. Yay. Spent the cash on a drygore rapier and oh mace because I want to do some QBD for cash and attack training. I'm hoping the loyalty shop update comes tomorrow so that I can buy penance and from there the plan is to do 1-2 (penance + vampyrism auras, the latter if I feel like doing it for longer) hours of QBD a day every day until I get full seasingers and 99 attack. It'll take me~538 kills to get 99 attack and I'll be ~130 mil richer by the end of it. I'll keep all the drops in a tab and post the results once I'm done, which I expect to finish in 21 days.

You don't pick the islands. You just send out voyages and they explore the entire region automatically. You have 19% to go until the next region. Seriously try to send out your ships more than once per day, it is going to take an unnecessary amount of time to get to any kind of rewards from ports (even more than it already has).

I wonder if we will still get to "vote" and get bonus exp even after the coffers are gone. I really hope that we're not all punished because short sighted idiots voted to blow all the money...

That happened for a rather brief amount of time (less than a day IIRC), and as far as I am aware, it was unintentional to be that high. I'm sure it was unintentional, I just thought I remember the price floor being 133 k per trade good before that whole fiasco.

Do ancient spells qualify as "elemental" spells and gain the 6.66% damage boost (i.e. blood barrage)? If so do you deal 106.66% damage or is it calculated in some other more convoluted way?

Knocked off about 100 k firemaking exp because I spent most the day with my girlfriend/family. Ports : 5 lac, 5 bones, occ story. ~4 more days until 32 chi from the final occ voyage. ~7 until 71 from the final trio. Goals for tomorrow : 89 Firemaking, make 2 mil in cash, fill out 10 more job applications so I can get a job by the end of the week.

FYI Oddish bought the tier 1 and tier 2 huge lamps and its better xp/renown spent to buy the tier 1 huge lamps.

You should be sending your ships out more than once per day. In the first and second reason you should easily be able to use all 15 daily voyages. Only once you reach region 4+ should you have a really hard time getting all 15 voyages in unless you sleep little or are willing to wake up during the night. I too started in the spring and I'm almost to full ports armor sets and I've maxed distance.

I'll get 90 *cough 92 cough* firemaking first then. Also definitely not going for 90 base until I max mage and defense at armady. I'm not wasting cash on dead content (AKA construction) until I have all the gear I want and a significant cashpile to blow (around the ballpark of 500 mil not including items). Then I'll max buyables, thank God that I'm close with prayer and herblore already. I would also love to do construction with zombie implings and do 75-99 in a day.

Is there no longer a price floor on trade goods? I thought I heard something about that during the "make all the ports sets worth the G.E. value of their nex counterparts" fiasco but then it wasn't ever mentioned again. I have a DL hood that has not sold in like 3 days... EDIT Insta-sell was at 1.55 m which makes it 52 k per lacquer. Is it just helms that won't sell ?

Ports update : Rolled 5 Chi, 5 Plate and 10 lac today. Hurray! I also unlocked the occultist. Unfortunately I also made a dl hood today and it isn't selling at all. Last time I ever make a helm. Besides the tetsu helm I made first none of them have gone for even 2/3 of their GE value. Until I get seasingers I need a goal so I decided to go fro finishing the Varrock Elite Diary meaning I need to get 92 firemaking. I'll be starting on that tomorrow probably and I aim to have it done by the time I get full seasingers as well as having the cash for Virtus Book.

Bleh. I got my virtus wand and all I want to do is go to Armadyl but I don't have the cash for virtus armor + the book and I won't have the chi for seasingers for at least another week and a half. Darn you runescape...
