I'm collecting data (unless someone else can point me to where someone else has) on the likelyhood of getting trade good missions for your normal 15 you get per day. If anyone wants to help out please pm me all what all of your voyages were for the day, what resource for each voyage you got was, and how many of that resource was up for grabs, and the number of trade good totems you have. Example 1. Steel 700 2. Steel 450 3. Steel 300 4. Plate 5 5. Bones 2 6. Steel 700 7. Steel 140 8. Chi 4 9. Spice 30 10. Steel 300 11. Steel 450 12. Steel 300 13. Lacquer 5 14. Steel 700 15. Steel 140 # of trade good totems : 0 If I get enough people to send me their data every day (I'm thinking 5 k data points is probably enough) I might also do some work on stats for Special Voyages. If 9 people send me their stuff every day it will only take a week to come up with 1 k data points so just under a month for 5 k. I'll also be posting this on request in the data and research thread. Unlocking the convict gets you access to a chance at an additional 5 lacquer special voyage every day. Having both the assassin and the convict (90 slayer and thieving) gets you access to a chance at a 10 lacquer joint mission every day. If you have the Missionary (90 prayer) Biologist (90 Herblore) and Convict (90 Thieving) you will have access to their trio storyline which gives you one time chance at 50 plate and lacquer (73 with Fortune of the Sea and Merchant bonuses) one time. Besides the trio voyage I wouldn't be super concerned about unlocking the convict. Plate is worth more per resource so having the whaler is generally more useful.

They also missed the boat with hard modes to make t7.5 armor with superior in the front of the name (i.e. Superior bandos chestplate)

Lots of people; already paid 4 people 2.5m to bring me mining supplies 10 mil for 300 k mining exp so 33 gp/xp. I guess that's not terrible. Especially since you can get it done in 5 min making it 3.6 mil xp/hr...

So you think players with maxed combat and good gear should be able to camp a gwd boss indefinitely, afk, with no overloads, food, or prayer pots? We were essentially able to go from ~13m to 200m xp at bandos/sara without banking. Afk using runes at a small cost/hour, non afk with abilities for no cost/hour while earning around 5m/hour. What about that seemed good to you? Read my post. I think it's pretty clear that all of that is ok with me. Earning 5m/hr wouldn't be sustainable as more people did it. Same concept as how guthans used to be 12 mil for the set and barrows used to be good money.

Finished the day having rolled my 2nd oxhead, sent out all steel missions (the other options weren't appealing, herblore and slayer experience, bones, and a story mission) 900, 700, 300, 450. I also knocked off 100 k fishing exp, 25 k runecrafting, and I'm up to 512 battlestaves from buying my daily 64. It's actually a profit to make air battlestaves this way so I'm just going to keep buying them until I have enough for the next crafting level, do them all at once and repeat while I'm working on RC and fishing. It will take 381 days to get enough battlestaves for 90 crafting this way but I'm in no rush and can always buy faster levels later. Side goal for when I can't be motivated to go skilling is to get dragonrider gloves and boots from KBD. It's decent crimson charms, and also a little bit of cash while helping me work on getting my last 2 attack levels. I'm going to use it to rewrite my old KBD guide from pre-eoc.

I just wish that it was geared more towards small friendchats fighting with each other over resources in each world more times per day. The way it is now each warband is just chaos, half the time I don't even know I'm being pked until my hp is below 50%. Switching the resources to be stackable so that the people after them can afford to bring food and potions and their best gear in addition to doing something along the lines of having them run on ever world more often (I would like to see them happen every hour on the hour, the limit on how many camps you can loot per day still in effect) would liven up the wildy more than anything they've done to tweak warbands since release.

LOL trying to figure out how you send out missions with that low % chance to success. do you not realize you can hire crew and upgrade your ship to improve your chances? Lrn2ports nub

There isn't a single method of training thieving that's "afkable" until you get to 90+ for dwarf traders (its a right click pickpocket and there's a trader that doesn't move). At 72 your best bet is blackjacking menaphite thugs, or PP. I would recommend the latter as it's far more engaging and less of a strain on your wrists. Also you get a shot at black ibis which look sweet and provides bonus thieving exp. Stick with PP until 90 imo. Besides blackjacking you can also try Monkey Knife Fighters but its the same concept for ~the same exp/hr as blackjacking until you get to 85+. Also note that you can still get death lotus without 90 thieving. You just have access to better lacquer special missions with the convict unlocked.

I would at least get through to the final solo story missions (25 trade goods) so that when you do have maxed(ish) crew and ship upgrades comes you can start to try to roll the trio stories asap (with bad RNG they can take a while to get through them all).

I still think Jagex has their bossing concepts off. If a boss is t7.5 why shouldn't we be able to demolish them with t8 gear and maxed stats AND a portion of Guthix power (which has apparently made us powerful enough to choose to stop the Gods from doing things if we want to). Everything that happens right now is considered after the events of TWW so why wouldn't all of those things mean we can wipe out lower level bosses with little to no difficulty. Nex and the KK should still be a challenge due to boss mechanics (read extremely difficult and impossible to solo respectively), and they are. In addition I see no problem with having more GWD equipment in the game, making it more affordable for people to use when they reach the levels for them. If anything, that's a good thing.

Seems like a bug. I would report it. There's no reason for a t9 weapon to be that inaccurate on a t7.5 boss.

I sent two sub-50% voyages off last night, and woke up to both succeeding this morning. Get on my level. Bam.
