  1. No...just no. They have almost ZERO defense. They are weak to everything, not just crush.
  2. If you value crimsons though I would say do them, its ~100 crimsons an hour and up at my stats.
  3. Anyone who wants to access the rs website while playing can alt tab to a different window. No one is helped by adding the damn bar. On top of that, who the hell uses the website for anything while playing besides the grand exchange database (all the information from which can be gained from, you know, going to the grand exchange in game)?
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=io_zj04e0-M like that?
  5. Well your armor is going to depend greatly on what you do (slayer, camping, bossing etc). A great place to start is going to be getting a void armour set with the range and melee helms as well as the deflector (Play the Pest Control minigame and Conquest, the latter being just for the deflector). They are probably the most versatile pieces of equipment you can get right off the bat and there is no monetary cost, just time playing the minigames. For gear you want to stress two things, strength bonus and prayer bonus. If you cant afford a piece of gear that has a str bonus get one with prayer. For prayer bonus you're going to want to get a set of proselyte (the chest and legs) and later veracs top and bottom. Once your cashpile is better you can invest in a Bandos Chestplate and Tassets as the str is more beneficial than prayer bonus. Before you get anything else with cash though you want to buy a berserker ring and a fury amulet (in that order). Other pieces to get ASAP... Cape - Fire cape/Kiln Cape, Ardy cape (3/4), and a SW cape (nomads requiem required). Gloves - Barrows Gloves (Recipe for Disaster required). Helm - Helm of Neitiznot (its basically a berserker helm with a prayer bonus and can hold scrolls for summoning familiars). That should give you a good place to start but look forward to Q's obligatory slayer post with more detailed information.
  6. Wilderness with lvl 3 skiller is waste of time because i would die too much there. Can't go to ape toll, i'm lvl 3 skiller. Wilderness is still going to be the fastest. My bad about Ape Atoll. Really your options are limited so I'd just focus on other skills while using peng points etc (listed above) for agility until you can pie for gnome advanced.
  7. For agility training you should be using all lamps, JoaT, troll invasion, and penguin points on it. Do that and circus once a week. For training conventionally its gnome, barbarian, wilderness, ape atoll once you hit 70 (use pies till 75) then continue with ape atoll until 80.
  8. You have 84 herblore. You should be boosting to extreme attacks.
  9. Pretty sure addy bolts are worth doing over stringing bows even at low income levels.
  10. 31 bones in 30 minutes is abysmally low... what's your set up? Max kill rates are 240 an hour with range (void swift glocves and dragonbane bolts/cannon) and 180+ with melee.
  11. I thought that the ring of dueling also worked up until 30. My apologies.
  12. Using a dueling ring is faster to bank with. Tokkul-zo if it works better still.
  13. I typed this up the same week the QBD came out, probably why =p I'll fix that when I get to my computer tomorrow. I'm working on getting the smithing level for dragonbane bolts at. That with swift gloves should be decent, but kill speed is very important because of the low spawn rate. Thanks! After EoC goes live I'll be updating this as long as the KBD is still viable for crimson charm hunting.
  14. Its 1 click dropping at pines, teaks is with low alching the logs. Those are also max rates (99 wc with inferno adze, lumberjack, and wc juju).
  15. You'll have saved ~100 k cash though so don't kick yourself too hard =P
  16. Wrong. Ivy isn't the best and never was. Teaks are better, as are arctic pines (maxing at 110 and 140 k xp/hr respectively). Ivy never breaks 90. Edit For fletching it depends on your income level. Having money doesn't matter, what matters is how fast you can make it.
  17. I'd love feedback. It's very likely that I missed something obvious so point it out and I'll add a credits section and credit you when I make the edit. Also because I'm only playing on Saturdays right now if anyone wants to help out with stats (aka a drop log) pm me and we can co-ordinate. EDIT @ any mods reading. I think I got all the external links removed from my pics but if you find one feel free to remove it
  18. Under construction I will hopefully have this entire guide updated and good to go within the next 2 weeks or so.
  19. Why not use goliaths if you have them?
  20. Apparently when combined with dragonbane bolts you can get the highest kph at Frosts, beating out melee by ~15-20 additional kills.
  21. Other options include ranging vyrelords/ladies (Branches of Darkmeyer req and 500 corpses burnt highly recommended) for ~ 150-160 k xp/hr not including prep time (making the stakes). Ammo costs nothing monetarily but is a waste of time. You can cannon slayer tasks for the most efficient way of maxing total. You can cannon aberrant spectres for slight profit/break even. You can range dagannoth sentinels in Dominion Tower (Blood Runs Deep and beating them once in Climber or Endurance required) for ~160 k xp/hr with a royal crossbow. Best option is make the money for chinning. Will take the least amount of overall time and money.
  22. Did some slayer this weekend. Knocked off 100 k xp and also am under 60 k to both 92 att and 95 hp
  23. Also consider if you value swift gloves and dreadnips as you'll pick those up along with goliaths when you unlock them.
