You go to Settings->Graphics Settings to change it. They're just two different softwares, but one usually works better than the other depending on the operating system you're running (DirectX for Windows if I'm not mistaken).

I haven't personally experienced this. Another patch fix might be to attempt changing display modes, i.e. DirectX->OpenGL and back to force it to reload.

It's only one of them available for each of the first three days. The first was law, and second/third are blood and death, but I'm not sure which order. All three sets will be available on the fourth and fifth days though.

I was wrong, it does work. Combine gives a message 'You can only make an infinity part if you have all three equivalent law, blood, and death rune ethereal parts in your backpack.' Teleport and Fill/Check/Empty do work on F2P, 6 essence for law/death/blood, and 12 for infinity. Activate gives a popup about the Wicked Hood on F2P. Infinity also has a teleport to yellow wizard option. Full infinity: Infinity can be recolored to law, death, or blood, but only for the whole set, not individually. In terms of trading, you can swap 1:1 as long as neither recipient does not already have that piece. In other words, if you already have death feet, you cannot trade your law feet for an extra death feet. This is most likely an anti-manipulation maneuver by Jagex. (Credit: Bentomat for this fact)
