F2p Ironman nature runes
Yeah, rune drops were most likely reduced along with that update a while ago. Have you tried dark wizards? I remember they used to drop a few and they're easy to knock down.

I don't think they'll go much below 600, but I guess it's possible.

2014 Halloween Ghosts
Well, these ghosts sure weren't very photogenic, running around and everything. I tried my best on pictures but if some need a re-do or if there is something more needed on the images let me know so I can fix them up. Bestial Demonic [only appears by summoning with 5 demonic traces] Spooky Terrifying Tough Vile Wailing Weak

Sugar skull & Toffee apple: additional location
Location: these are both obtainable in batches of 2-3 in the 2014 Halloween Event from looting chests that appear. I don't know if it's also of note but sometimes toffee apples take several bites to consume. Everything else appears to be up-to-date though!

Can Jagex detect real world trading?
Remember we're just talking about flagging accounts. Jagex would then look at the target group and decide who the guilty parties were. Besides I think Jagex's main objective would be to find the people farming the gold and ban them, because making gold harder to farm/causing gold farmers significant losses lowers supply, and guess what, forces them to jack up their prices. With less of a difference between the two, the illicit option becomes less attractive and less gold gets sold. Or, if they hold prices firm, they still have less gold to sell to would-be buyers. So going after and banning every player buying gold just seems like an option that is less effective, and as you pointed out, harder to gather evidence for.

Beginner's Reference corrections/updates
I'm referring to this page. Some corrections and updates seem to be in order: Emotes need to be updated to include newer ones (i.e., RuneScape through the ages).Add abbreviations: EOC (Evolution of Combat), Cit (Clan citadel), KK (Kalphite King), ROTS (Rise of the Six, Barrows brothers)Gravestones: add that you need to be in the same world as you died to access your gravestone and get back your stuff.Character looks: Skin colour and gender, Hair and beard, and Clothes changes are now free of charge. Armbands still cost 500 coins to change. Changing your boots at Yrsa would now seem to be free (source).Skills: Something about Runespan should probably be mentioned under Runecrafting. Divination should be added into the members-only skills. You don't need a tinderbox for FM anymore since the toolbelt update, and the fact that there is a bronze hatchet on the toolbelt by default makes that redundant (perhaps that should be mentioned). Dungeoneering: add a picture showing the entrance and explain that they need to click through prompts to get to single-player dungeon raiding. I find many players get hung up on this.Developer's console: ` no longer works; one needs to press ALT+` or one of a couple other keys. It does give a message ingame indicating this so not the highest priority to update I suppose.A section on Evolution of Combat and Legacy odes with a brief description and links within would probably be helpful. If time to do all this is an issue, I would be happy to rewrite the relevant sections so someone could just double-check and then C&P them in.

Today...
Made tacos last night. Broke the garbage disposal (or it was broke before) and now the water is backed up and has chunks of fat in it. I hate house sitting. I'm not ready to be a responsible adult. When even your garbage disposal refuses to eat your taco scraps. My deepest sympathies :(.

From what xpx said, it would seem so :).

The tradeable version degrades to dust and has (slightly) lower stats. The ports ('Superior') version is untradeable but can be repaired.

Can Jagex detect real world trading?
Not everyone is going to pay 3x the price for licit gold when illicit gold is cheaper, tho./ True, but what do players do with that illicit gold they bought? They buy either levels or items. Treasure hunteris the place to go to buy levels. With the introduction of bonus weekends, skilling outfits, and other promotions, treasure hunter has taken a good portion of the illicit gold market. In addition, it has brought people into the "real world trading" market that never would have before; who can pass up a prismania? Regarding the original topic, historically jagex only takes out the mass traders that literally make a living buying and selling gold for margins. Other then that, also historically speaking, Jagex usually only takes out players that dump 50b+ in gold. The minor trades of a few mil are far to difficult to track for it to be worth Jagex time. Their approach has been to be more proactive rather than reactive; ie, keeping it in house and making other methods easier and more attractive (bonds, solomons, keys, etc.) Are you saying people buy illicit gold and then spend illicit gold on keys? Is it not more cost-effective to just buy keys from Jagex? What is the cost of one key in real life money for buying large quantites?

Leveling Range
Ah okay. Frosts are still good money but probably not enough to hit 60M in that time frame. Have fun with Ranged though :).

Leveling Range
How much do you play per day roughly, by the way? I wouldn't put making 60M by November 1st completely off the table, unless you don't have much time.
