As far as I know Summoning is just fine. In the past it only offered a 10% boost instead of double, so that may be why.

Oh, it's probably also worth mentioning that you can get it from monster drops during the course of the event. From a few kills I got drops of between 10 to 30 ghostweave. Perhaps this is a better way to try and farm it. On this account though, I have no combat, so that option is ruled out :P.

Lol I put in a solid 16 hours of skilling but I did not manage to get more than about 400 ghostweave fairly consistently throughout the day, so if it is capped, I'm apparently not getting there.

I don't know, does anyone play FunOrb anymore? All they have to do is keep the servers up and if people pay membership, I guess it works :s. Keep in mind for RuneScape Spanish, they have to hire and pay an active translation team to update the game every week. It's not so on those other products.
