Interesting.. I always wondered why we didn't have a chance at effigies from skilling. Who would've thought this would be how it was to be implemented? Actually it seems like I only get it once per day... I got 2 spins from burning roots today (in a span of 2 hours). Yesterday, I got 1 from skilling and 1 from combat. It's definitely not 1 per day. Sure it is. Once per skill per day, just like sacred thingy is two per skill per week. I got 2 from 2 herb farm runs.
