  1. Richard is a prime example of the scapers who hate to see things get harder even if its for good reason. Once players get a taste of things being easy they don't want to go back. Imagine if sof was removed so many players would be mad, on the other hand if sof never existed they'd have no problem. I also find he tries to push Jagex to make things easier.
  2. Is the first list their order when you take into account how long they take to cast? So combust might take a long time to do all its damage but it takes 1.8 seconds to cast, but an ability like assault hits high but takes a long him to do (8 ticks?).
  3. Did you find the defence level of cavefish yet
  4. Could someone explain to me what the speed modifier in max hit is
  5. It has already been done! http://puu.sh/2ePjy
  6. You must be kidding right... it's very possible, as possible than suomi instead of leveling up his RS07 account, he could instead lvl up that one xp We have 200m all ok, OK? 99.99999998% percentage, rounded up it's OVER Sorry but Suomi still needs 0.000003333333333 hours to achieve 200m XP in all skills. This make him 99.9999999830537% done. Those numbers are actually accurate, good fight. Its been 0.000003333333333 hours since your post and he didnt get it yet :(
  7. Stop reading at page 250 or jump to 600
  8. Suomi said he'd be happier if there was no hiscores :)
  9. I am trying to use the information in the bestiary to find a formula relating monster stats and how often they are assigned- if one exists. Then if a new monster gets added it will be easy to include it.
  10. Thankfully the slayer update didn't add any new tasks to kuradal. I believe that doing tasks in slayer tower is an extra 20% to slayer xp. I don't think its worth doing abberant spectres there but gargoyles spawns are similar to kuradal's dungeon. Nechs are less cramped than in the chaos tunnels which makes hurricane and quake worse, abyssal demons will probably be worth doing there. When the tower isn't crowded I'll test the tasks and change their xp per kill if necessary.
  11. Maybe because there are no afk alternatives to agility and thieving. I feel you just put the others in there because they are slow, but players use afk methods for them.
  12. He doesn't have to work, because he himself claimed that he has worked a lot when he was young/before he started HC'ing the shit out of RS. There is also a myth going around, which says that Suomi got a shitload of cash from heritage. I don't know if the latter is right, maybe Suomi will confirm this. About the studying part, I know some facts about his study-life, I've heard this from a person who has met Suomi IRL, but because I respect other people's privacy, I'm not going to reveal anything about that. Unless Suomi allows it, or he himself says something about that. He did say he worked a lot to earn money when he was younger but he couldn't have earned that muchI remember in lemar's troll video of "suomi live commentary" he said suomi's parents won the lottery but that was just a troll :P
  13. I'm curious about why suomi said he wouldn't have to study or work again.
  14. Wait 3 years like phoenix odin :D jk ofc
  15. I think the symbolism of not using a sof lamp could only be good. I'm glad you are in good humour about jagex being sellouts
  16. Suomi please don't get the last few xp with a sof lamp
  17. Everyone minus one. And don't way it would be different if I was actually in the situation because I have been there. If that's truly the case, then you're either on a "do-it-yourself" path, a path that is NOT followed by every player, and while fun, is quite frivolous, meaning that it is not logical for you to pretentiously compare yourself to someone who plays the game by making the best use of its features. That's the same as comparing a level 3 skiller to a player that trains combat - the skiller is putting that goal in front of themselves, and has no one to blame if it's more difficult. The second reason you wouldn't accept donations is a psychological one - it's not that you don't want the money/have an interest in it, but rather you're denying it for the sake of being able to say you denied it. It's basic human psychology - If I offered the money to you right now, you'd say no, just because you don't want me to think that you'd ever accept it. But if someone offered such a large sum of money to you, and you know that no one would ever find out, unless you don't accept it for the previous reason I mentioned, you would be more than willing to take it. No I just prefer to earn things myself, you made all the wrong assumptions about my personality. Whether people find out or not is irrelevant because I know that I took it. I am not one of those players who complains about the game getting easier with updates such as runespan, nor am I the type of player who boasts "I did this when it was hard", I am proud of the achievements that I did at the time. Why must people think that runescape is a game of dominance? [/hide] If you didn't care whether or not people knew you took it, you wouldn't have responded in such a defensive manner. You said that you prefer to earn everything yourself, and all I'm saying is that you're doing that not because you find it amoral to accept donations, but because your goal is to do so without them. I responded defensively to you stereotyping people, not to my own stance on the issue. I do find it amoral to accept donations and as such my was to get to where I am without them, where are you getting these conclusions from? I don't only reject donations in runescape. And whatever my reason is for rejecting it your post generalising all the people on this thread was wrong.Suomi said that accepting donations was a mistake, so if he was able to wind back time that would be 2 posters on this thread. I was, and I completely realize how poorly worded that was. I intended to say that one would want the 100M, not necessarily accept it. That is not what you intended to say. The post you replied to said "(who doesn't want free money right?)" in it- to which you replied "Everyone in this thread would accept a 100M donation in a heartbeat, so that argument is invalid" and now you are saying that what you intended to say was that anyone on this thread would want free money. You are twisting your words to suit the situation.

Why must people think that runescape is a game of dominance? Ok, so you admit that accepting donations it is logical and efficient, you just don't like it. Glad we cleared that up. Also, check your inbox. Taking donations is efficient depending on your goals.

  20. Outside of rs is real life. Hardly, there is plenty of stuff that is outside of RS but isn't part of real life. Other MMOs, pen and paper RPGs etc. Its quite obvious that the old rwt rule is meant to mean you shouldn't exchange something outside rs for something inside rs. The term "real life" is just a simple term chosen because it fits the most foreseeable types of rwt.
