Thanks for comments everyone, especially Azvareth. Yep, blood needs a tone fix. The iceicle cut was just a lil experiment. My brother said that the sig seemed flat, so I tried to boost it. I'm planning on reworking the text, but I have a math exam tomorrow. Off topic...omg, the exam is the first I have in the university and I'm already totally lost... I was one of the best in my old school (which was the best in the country), but now I'm afraid of flunking my first test....yeoouch. :cry: :( :oops:

Started making this for DementedHero's competition, but got a gmail account for free thanks to Hulk. Hopefully Demented wil redo the competition with a "real" prize :wink: . Anyway, the theme was to create a signature depicting an emotion. So here is my shot at some good ol' hate! :twisted: Stopped working as I got the gmail, so it's a bit unfinished. Would like input on what to improve. (this time I might actually do it!! *gasp*) new old As always it's pure Photoshopping and mostly brushed.

As I said, you shouldn't be blamed for this. Just don't sacrifice art to commercialism...create something new and inspiring, not something that just sells well (preferably both though :wink:). I mean that your characters appear as they had a rod stuck up in their arse. They aren't "doing" anything, they are posing for the camera. You most certainly are not, but that's no reason to try and be better. Go beyond your comfort zone to actually accomplish something. well yeh, there is always keiphus.... :roll: (joke!!). btw, I don't like the way you place yourself above my critique with that list of yours...

I'm sure this has been adressed a million times (like in one parody signature that really made me laugh), but I see that sig to be "more of the same". Modifying an old image with a new set of gear and always drawing them at the same stance isn't too demanding.... charging 400k for it is outrageous. Well, the one asking shouldn't be blamed, it's the ones paying. Though MxM massproduced pixel sigs with same type chars, they all were in different roles and they had a different setting. Your sigs have characters in very passive standing posture. Try something actually NEW. Perhaps go for a style that is not based on a single type of character like TJ. He hasn't made two sigs looking the same (and has done 20 of them). Try making a sig that you wouldn't blame for plagiarism, if it was made by someone else for starters....

I had a hard time deciding who to give it, so I figured that the first one to ask "when are you going to choose?" would get it. No one did. I take it that nobody actually wanted it. *adds the sig to the dusty book of unused works* :roll:

just a test...how much does it say to you on my sig? 28kb (25 567 bytes) on me... EDIT: just noticed, that if I download the image, it says 18kb on the "transferred" colum bugs.....
