  1. After some time, everything old starts to look, well, old. I want to sell my precious underwater series before it gets that way (like it didn't happen already). So, they are up for sale now. Together or one at a time. Fonts can/will be redone to the customers wish and perhaps some slight alterations to the overall design are possible. (notice: image got accidentaly flattened, minor changes possible) (can be made thinner) I reserve the right not to sell the signatures to the highest bidder or at all. (If I should be unsatisfied). Highest bids: beneath: 35k encounter: 500k SOLD to Azvareth beauty&b: 65k hunted: 405k SOLD to mummi tideodanger: 1 million SOLD to dreamlove Go crazy! (minumum bid increase is 5k)

  3. ask yourself...does that pose look comfortable? well, it sure doesn't. Fix it until you think it looks as such. There is no point in trying to shade that picture, before it looks like a person....
  4. Excuse me, but I can't control myself: You do realise that Runescape money has no real value at all (according to RS rules). However I once bumped into a site that sold stuff like phats for like 5 bucks a piece. Let's use that as our exchange rate. If we assume TJ worked 10 hours on the signature and that one can get easily payed around 10 euros per hour for a work that requires no special skills (such as McDonald's), he should be payed MORE than 100 euros for the signature (making those pixels does require special skills). As euros are worth over 1 US each, he should be profited around 115 dollars or 23 party hats. Thus he is working for a crappy amount of gp...that is for sure.
  5. Again, host it somewhere else...a place where me and link can see it too!
  6. You best not mess with the first big seller of paint sigs, should you want a positive reputation. :?
  7. I'd say that the perspective of the pen tool maze collides with the text and background. It's almost isometric and the rest isn't. I likw the sky brushing anyway.
  8. any ideas as to why I only see red Xs? :?
  9. Well, you really worked a looong time. Btw, what would you do with a "1/10 rate"? An ego boost? The CC people are giving you is worth a lot more. Since you posted it with that ridicilous topic "ownage", I'm not going to even give CC. I'll just state my opinnion unexplained: It's bad.
  10. First of all, you have misspelled the tags. Secondly, you must link the actual file. Thridly, the signature has no shading.
  11. well..perhaps it was unappropiate.
  12. So it has to be modeled? In 3d? hmm. Will be kind of hard. You see he has those little bumps all over! btw, mine is looking awfull.
  13. By reading I got the idea that it was allowed to be just "drawn". Must it be vector? I haven't tried that ever...wouldn't work out.
  14. Some people have been talking about the level of art in TIF getting worse. Now I see why. :? (points to the troll). The paladin is pretty plain. nothing too fancy.
  15. before wasting anymore time on shading, concentrate on the linework. That doesn't really look like a sword to me. :?
  16. On the topic of getting better at SB/TIF, I can honestly say I have. I used PS before making sigs in very small amounts and in a very newbish fashion (oh these dropshadows are nice with pillow emboss!!). It's, of course, up to the audience to decide, but when I made my second (and the one lasting more than 1 thread) appearance at the ending time of SB I posted this signature. I think there has been progress. I was very proud of that one back then.
  17. The thing that messed up your picture are the roads... you made them like | ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ã
  18. I've had my doupts about you GSW. But now I'm pretty sure that you are more than a decent fella! This matter has been stirred enough. I can resist the temptation to take part. *leaves*.

5 million...well.. the most you would get from those 3k steel bars is 1,8 millions. So where from hell were you planning to get the rest 3 mil?? and had the quality been the level you expected, when were you planning to pay? after Christmas? The next decade? I was almost drawn into this by that huge prize offer, good I didn't. :?
  20. heh. You just can't help liking Finnish bands? Not a terrible fan of their music, though I enjoyed their sort of first hit "would you love a monster man"..(or whatever its name was). Now that I was mentioned, I feel somehow obligated to try, but I won't unless I get a real idea going. We'll see. PS Your siggy is so ultima-1337-megah4X0r!! I give it 666/10!
  21. Actually, they were supposed to be taken off...just forgot. hehe. They were a part of the earliest creation steps. Weren't supposed to be included in any version. Thanks for compliments.
  22. Now that I actually spent more than 5 seconds looking at it, I noticed you had shaded eveything according to global light source... The cross just struck my eye since it was close to the violently bright spell effect.
  23. ColAvanor replied to Kngkyle's topic in Art and Media
I think the others are too busy..mine is so subtle, so eerie, so smooth, so relaxing, like honey dripping from your lips and you are not even trying to prevent it.....ahh...honey on my trimmed chest..erm. ...you get the point. The animation just supports the grand design.
  24. Before TJ has a stroke caused by too positive comments, I'll go and find something to trash in the siggy. hmmm... (searches eyes peeled) hmmm... aha! Found it! A misstake! The light source (IMO) should be the wand and the spell emitting from it, yet the cross is shaded in opposite direction! *gasp* Well, that's about it. Great one, though the lightning is jaggy (i know it would require some AA, which is herecy). Side note: w000t..post #666!! and being evil in it!
