i was talking about the front side bus which most computers only have 800Mhz due to their motherboard restrictions. With Ghz i was talking about the CPU's speed. I was refering to the motherboard when Zonda said he has a 1.5 CPU.

no zonda, Mhz and Ghz are two completely different things. You are refering to Ghz with your laptop at the moment. Please do you research before criticizing other people.

Better to use the normal way, instead of downloading some program... Press the print screen button on the keyboard then open up paint and paste it. Note: Only one pic can be taken at a time, paste the picture you want in a paint file before taking another picture otherwise you will lose your first pic.

First of all spybot, spyware doctor, yahoo anti-spy and ad-aware have nothing to do with your problems with Add/Remove Programs. Really depends you are trying to remove, maybe the program you are trying to uninstall is corrupt in some way, maybe u tried to remove it manually? If this actually turns out to be the problem you can download some Registry Edit program or use run and type regedit if you know what you are doing. There are programs able to edit these Add/Remove Programs. You have not given enough information how your windows update is not working...so i can not help you there.

I must i have had no problems with Windows Firewall, allowed programs to access the internet as i need and blocked the rest...works like a dream.

you seem to have corrupted JAVA somehow when u installed those additional items. Uninstall JAVA and install again with the latest version. its not possible, many laptops only are capable of 800Mhz and this one of the top speeds out there... If your looking for speed the most least expensive thing to do is upgrade your memory to 1024MB if possible.. or if you have more cash to spend a new CPU though these can become really expensive.
