  1. My my my, I do choose the most peculiar topics, and yet they get discussed. I must be liked her. =)
  2. It does for me...Hurts my poor eyes... If that hurts your eyes, stop playing immediately, you might have epilepsy... Yeah uh..That was a joke dude..
  3. If you were on your death bed and about to die, would you give a family member such as your wife, child, or cousin your RuneScape account name and password for them to use and keep your account's "legacy" alive?
  4. It does for me...Hurts my poor eyes...
  5. Actually, Iron ore is not at a set price of 100 gp. People do not set prices, but the price is what people are willing to pay for it. So, no item in RuneScape has an actual price. It is just an estimation of what people are willing to pay.
  6. Has anybody noticed that when you are ranging or maging, and you turn towards the direction of the monster you are attacking, you're legs flail around shaking and walking in place. Try it. It's really messed up... I wonder if Jagex knows...

  11. Dude. I've done pretty much everything a free to play player can do. I won't get bored. I just talk to my best friends while clicking on a tree. I know I can do it, and I'm going to prove most of you wrong. Everyone who believes in me will get 1000 of the logs free when i finish my goal. Actually, I'm planning on either selling for 15 ea or burning em all for 99 woodcutting. I'm in world 95 right now. Come down and see me or pm me and we can chat it up.
  12. Hello everyone. I have decided to use my pure woodcutter, Lord Vyrix, to cut down 1 million oak logs. I will always be in world 95 at this location: Come on down so we can chat. Bring a cool or funny outfit and I'll take a pic and post it here. Wish me luck!

  17. Thank you all for your support and comments. Also, whichever one of you guys that said homeschooling doesn't give you social skills, you are grievely mistaken.
  18. Hello everyone. During the last few weeks of my life down in Florida, USA, things in my real life away from RuneScape and Tip.It have been steadily becoming more hectic. Being homeschooled, I am pushed by my parents to be the best I can. They have seen all the "pure" homeschoolers get scholarships to fine schools such as Harvard, Princeton, and Oxford, (Just as a side note, I'd love to go to Oxford University. As you may know, C. S. Lewis and J. R. R. Tolkien were both professors there =)) and start very promising careers. Now, I am (I admit it) quite lazy and not self-motivated. I would like to do such things as mentioned above, but I want to achieve it without doing all the work required. But I have made up my mind to take most of my RuneScape time and transfer it to my education and family life. I am hereby semi-retiring from RuneScape. I will usually only be playing for about 1 to 2 hours maximium until I graduate from high school. (I'm currently finishing up 10th grade) I know this will mean I will not grow many levels or make alot of money. Then I though of something. Why not go for lvl 99 in a skill? It was settled. I decided to do nothing but cut yew logs behind Varrock Castle (world 95) and not stop until I was lvl 99. Then, once again I got an idea. Since I really don't care about having lots of money or good items in RuneScape, why not make the game more enjoyable for the players less fortunate then myself? I am going to keep all the yew logs from lvl 69 to lvl 99 (which will be ALOT) and then once I reach my goal of lvl 99 woodcutting, I will sell all the logs and give all the money to the Tip.It events team to sponsor a f2p drop party. Most of my RuneScape career was spent in f2p before I became a member. And to tell you the truth, I would rather be an f2p then a p2p. I prefer the laid back, relaxed style of RuneScape, rather then having to have tons of gp and trying to keep up with all the new quests and items that come out nearly every day. Maybe when I have lots of time to devote to RuneScape, I'll consider becoming a member again. But for now, I will go for 99 woodcut, and all the while, thinking of how happy the kids who get items from the drop party will feel.
  19. On average, how many times do you say "lol" an hour while playing RuneScape? I'd have to say around 35 times an hour.
  20. Sadly, I'm not able to high alch due to not being able to fletch yew longs or runecraft nats.
  21. Edit: I got the sigil to work and I have completed the quest!!! Hello. Just wanted to tell you a little story about the Monkey Madness bug. 2 days ago, I got bored of fishing, woodcutting, and runecrafting, so I decided to do Tree Gnome Village and Monkey Madness. Without any problem, I finished Tree Gnome Village in about 20 minutes. Now I was hyped up. I was ready to take on a hard quest. Perhaps one of the most difficult I have ever attempted to conquer. I began the easy part of the quest, going to Karamja in search of the 10th Squad of the Gnome Royal Guard. Then, I prepared to take a glider down to Crash Island, then to Ape Atoll. I completed Glough's puzzle in about 15 minutes, and was all set to go. Then things got tough. I had a little trouble escaping the jail which the giant gorillas kept pounding me into. But, I finally prevailed and managed to escape and find Garker, the Gnome sargent. He told me I needed to create 2 items to be able to transform into a monkey: A monkey-speak amulet, and a monkey greegree. I had no problem getting the amulet, but I almost died running through the long tunnel to the Gnome mage. After I had both items, I rescued the poor helpless monkey from the Ardougne zoo. When it was finally time to beat the snot out of the Jungle Demon (which I was really looking foward to), I prepared for the fight. I was so excited! I took out the 10th Squad sigil that Garker told me would teleport me to the demon the second I put it on. I picked it up, closed my eyes, crossed my fingers, and placed in on my chest.....After opening my eyes, I realized I was still in the Castle Wars main hall. Puzzled, I took off the sigil and put it on again. Nothing happened. I was beginning to think maybe I hadn't done enough of the quest to be ready for the demon fight. But, according to my quest journal and the Tip.It quest guide, I was indeed done with all the preceding quest tasks. I was really frusrated, and asked some of the high lvl people around me why it wasn't working. They all said they were teleported the instant they put it on. I kept putting it on and taking it off but nothing happened! I was getting really irritated. But then, I thought of checking the Jagex bug page. Maybe they knew something about it. I was deeply grieved to see this: I am quite upset that I (and anyone else that does the quest) has to wait to be able to finish the quest. In conclusion, it is currently impossible for anybody to complete this quest. Thank you.
