If you're happy playing old content that has no bots at it, then yeah, you can stay. If you want to play any new content or walk through the GE, then no.

Mostly the feeling that Jagex doesn't care to do much to solve the issue. That and obviously going back on what their core principles have been for years. -edit- Yes, Bladewing was been exhiled. I'd tell you why, but I'd probably get temp banned for criticizing the TIF mods/admins. I think Grimy is gone too.

I'm not saying riot in the streets, lol. I just hope that people will have the courage to voice their opinions there. It's much easier to criticize someone online than in person. But if there was a strong current of dissatisfaction amongst the Runefesters, maybe they'd take the hint. On another note, who gave them the Mystery Box with a cabbage in it last time? Capitalism? No wait, bad capitalism. Basically Jagex has been taken over by a group of people who are going to milk it dry. Personally if I had known the Gowers weren't going to run the company I would've wound down my playing time long ago.

Probably wont even come out this month imo. The whole up-roar with this Friends thingo promo, 1 week off, 1 week was graphics then they delayed this weeks by a day + somehow managed to crash their downloader 15mins prior to its update. For me they're starting to feel a tad unreliable. I'll be peeved if the Hybrid and Activities armors are pushed back to next month though. This, I'm now even sceptical of my idea that RotM will be released next month... I'm thinking they'll headline the BXPW next month "toughen up" again, this time for RotM in November/December... Who knows, might not even happen within this year >.< Then no membership this year. As soon as I complete ROTM, I quit and give Ez all my stuff. I'd be right there with you, but I'm too invested in the storylines and we all know it'll be at least another 10 years before we see the conclusions to the Elves, Nomad, or the Dragonkin. I'm interested in Elves, but could give a flying leap about the Kin and Nomad. Ezzy can fill me in on anything I might want to know and then I can check out youtube if I want to watch.

I think what many of us here are upset about isn't about the specific player mod, but that because the mod made criticism, valid or not, about Jagex, on a third party website which isn't under the control of Jagex, he has singled out by Jagex and had action taken against him. Not so much trying to silience him as punish him for expressing his opinion. It's all very pitiful on their part. How thin skinned can a company be? On another note, I hope a lot of people have as much fire in person @ Runefest as they do on these boards.

I do agree with you to a point, but another point would be owning the company is the best way to ensure that it will always follow a path that you want it to go down. I understand that Andrew might be only interested in having a job working on technology, but I had thought by his past actions that he would hold on to the game. There is little doubt that he can approve of this company's direction or that he would have taken it down that path either. What it comes to is the people who started this company no longer have any control over it. The people I had faith in are gone. Tedder, Andrew, Paul, Tytn. Who's left? I mean, who's running this ship?

How bad is their timing? They actualy release an update people are satisfied with and then pull this the next day? Do they make sure that they can't go a whole week without pissing off a majority of their fanbase? I have a theory too: I think MMG taking over is the MMO version of the movie Major League. Maybe they gotta drive down the number of players so they can move Runescape to a different console? <_<

My main issue is screwing around. Exploring areas I've gone through before, etc. Like if going to Lletya I will for no reason take the route from Tree Gnome Village to Lletya using the Prisoner of Glouphrie cave instead of teleporting.

Not to mention it's in the middle of nowhere, with a fair few quests required as well. Yeah, Gamer's Grotto could use a members area that teleports you to the games as well as games having closed off waiting rooms like CW. Then if you leave, you go back to the Grotto.

WGS wasn't a series. It was a quest that involved elements of a bunch of other quests.

It's been fixed, but waiting on the steady crawl back down from 85 to 75 degrees.

Andrew's interviews were always pretty honest. If we had something along the lines of this Q and A, i would be very happy (quick find code 13-14-751-60323588). Sadly Andrew hides in the bowels beneath Jagex and rarely pays attention to what goes on above him. As far as I know, he just does engine development upgrades and really doesn't interact much with the other teams. So, yeah. He may or may not answer honestly, but I don't think he really knows much either way. I think he'd be honest, but wouldn't have much insight .

I don't have a problem with them being in the quest, but don't want them to fight with me. Maybe a cool siege fight halfway through that takes them out for the rest of the quest.
