Runetrack is still down :( Au revoir for a month! I promise to do an update when I get back :)

Just a heads up, lazy old me still hasn't got around to finishing the top 15, I've been busy packing and preparing. I'll be leaving for a whole month, so if I don't post it by Saturday (when I'm leaving,) someone else will have to do it

Could someone else do the update this week? It's very annoying to do on my iPod, (without RuneTrack) as by the time in done one another has changed because of how long it takes. I'll try to finish it just in case, though.

Unfortunately the only way I could use Runetracker is by looking up each skill for every person. For 15 people and 25 skills minus the 200M's that's well over 300. I will just wait another day to see if it comes back, and otherwise just go from rs hiscores. If you hover with the mouse over a number it'll show the exact amount, so that's not that much work (not for each skill). Ex. Suomi gained 12.794.461 xp last week. I probably should've explained before Gemeos smugly responded, that I do them from my iPod and therefore can't use runetracker to its' full potential.

It would fit in with the focus they're putting on updating combat. Although I have no idea what kind of skill they could add to combat. I would like to see another aspect of combat added to the game. Perhaps a PvP skill? E.g. how bounty hunter worlds worked, and killing target gets xp?

Most of the ideas I've read don't seem like they could be broadened into a skill (including the ideas I've had) :( A few more I had though: Astronomy Bushcraft (essentially wilderness survival) Capoeira (look this one up, it's a long one) Caving (essentially cave diving and the exploration of caves, although it's kind of similar to Dungeoneering in that sense. Picture giant rocky caves as opposed to square rooms though. Could be broadened to Exploring). Music Orienteering (could be added to agility, or Exploring) ...and some sort of scavenger skill where you look for items or places or people or even monsters to kill. Of those, Astronomy and Music seem very possible. Caving seems epic but is really similar to Dungeoneering.

Update for June 9th - June 17th (1.14 weeks) 1.) S U O M I: 4.344 (+18M) It's been an all-RC diet for our top player this week as he continues to train at Runespan, averaging 2M Runecrafting xp a day. In between regular farming runs he's also gained a whopping 25 Woodcutting xp! Upcoming milestones: None. 2.) Jake: 3.611B (+29M) Aside from cashing in a few strange rocks and raking in (pun intended) several million Farming xp, Jake has been focusing on crafting, gaining about 24M xp in it this week. Expect his 17th 200M within 3 weeks. Upcoming milestones: None. 3.) Elias: 3.423B (+0M) Elias has gained 4 ranks and 0 xp this week. Does anyone know if he's officially quit? Upcoming milestones: None. Summoning is 10M off, which is not much for that skill. 4.) Elvis: 3.413B (+21M) Elvis has once again trained Firemaking and Smithing, with gains similar to the ones he got last week. A little Farming xp sprinkled on top completes his xp gain rundown for this week. Upcoming milestones: 50M: Fishing and Construction (21st and 22nd). 100M: Summoning and Runecrafting 5.) Skit Shape 3.352B (+10M) This week SS reached 120 Hunter as well as training Runecrafting for a bit. His gains this week have not been something that I can make any bad puns about :( Upcoming milestones: 50M: Woodcutting (22nd). 6.) Drumgun: 3.211B (+15M) Drumgun is sticking with Runecrafting, and at this point it is clear that he will be going all of the way to 200M. There won't be much new to write about for him for a while. Upcoming milestones: 50M: Firemaking (18th) 200M: Woodcutting (14th). 7.) Telmomarques: 2.871B (+0M) Telmo earned about 15M less xp than Drumgun did this week. (Inactive). 8.) AlmostLost: 2.743B (+21M) Nothing newsworthy here for Richard, although he did just pass 150M Firemaking. Expect 200M within a few weeks. Upcoming milestones: 100m Magic (13th). 9.) Allar: 2.680B (+0M) Rivaling Telmo in xp gains this week... (inactive). 10.) Kingduffy: 2.627B (+10M) While KD hasn't passed any more milestones this week, he has brought a few skills that were close to 100M even closer, mostly Farming and Hunter. Upcoming milestones: 100M: Magic, Farming, Hunter, and Slayer (13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th). 11.) Paulrat3: 2.495B (+16M) PL3 has gotten his 16th 50M, (Defence) as well as picking up some Runecrafting xp. He's getting close to 2.5B total and the numerical halfway-point. Upcoming milestones: 100M: Slayer and Summoning (11th and 12th). 12.) Kngkyle: 2.466 (+1M) A slow, usual-paced week for Kngkyle where the majority of his gains were in Fishing. Upcoming milestones: 50M: Summoning, Slayer, and Magic (17th, 18th, and 19th). 13.) Pope712: 2.437B (+9M) Passing the 100M mark for Ranged was Pope's biggest accomplishment this week, bringing him up to 9 total. Upcoming milestones: 100M: Summoning (10th). 14.) Paperbag: 2.43B (+15M) It seems that Paperbag grew tired of Dungeoneering rather quickly, because after only 2 more levels he returned to Hunter. Expect him to reach 100M in it in about 1.5 weeks. Upcoming milestones: None. 15.) Da Broman1 2.399B (+20M) Dan Broman1 has kept up with Runecrafting, securing a front page rank in the process. It looks like he will definitely be going all the way to 200M, which will be his 5th. Upcoming milestones: 100M: Slayer, Ranged, and Summoning (9th, 10th, and 11th). Outside the top 15: Green098 reached 200M Magic. She's training Crafting now. Dragonseance is getting close to 200M Defence and Strength. Chilly has changed her name once again, (take a wild guess as to what it is now), and is 1 xp away from 120 Dungeoneering, with nearly 18M gained this week. She's also very close (12K-ish) to 100M Woodcutting (her 12th). If she levels Dungeoneering and trains a fast skill such as prayer, she could be in the top 15 in the future. My F2P account (under 10M xp) got a contract but has never been members. My other F2P (~15M) that was once members didn't. Go figure :P

Fluent in English, and able to hold a conversation in French. My English is very well developed, and my French is rather fragmented at times, but I am able to get my point across. My main problem with French is hearing it and responding, because it's so difficult for me to understand it spoken. I can read and write it very well though. I can get the gist of something written in Spanish or German, but I cannot write it or speak it. I selectively learned some Swedish when I was younger but I have since forgotten it. I can read some Latin because I recognize words from the etymology of English ones, but once again, I cannot speak or write it. I'm practically fluent in Interlingua because of its similarities to both English and French, my main languages of study. Other than that I just know some random words from other languages here and there, mostly from music and etymologies. For example, I know that 'verevki' is Russian (Ukranian?) for "ropes," and "pilkunviilaaja" is Finnish for "comma [bleep]er" (grammar nazi).

I think there was a music cape in the database, but that may have been planned for getting all the songs or something. Regardless music would be an awesome skill. You could have various instruments that you could use to say, rest anywhere to your own music, or charm monsters, similar to the Ring of Charos. Major locations across RS could have symphony halls where you could play once a week (like the circus) to npc's for xp and gp. It could be good for hunter for luring animals. It could also be used to call monsters to fight for you (e.g. In wild you could have a chaos dwarf attack another player).

I'm sure some girls do. I'm also sure not all guys who play girl characters want to look like that. Probably the majority... Trust me, the guys who pretend to be girls get the most into it. I can tell the difference within 5 sentences typed, and let me tell you, the males get so into the whole dress up thing. One friend of mine who I met through forums had the cute hair colour and face and all that stuff planned, and had a series of outfits planned and all that crap. When he finally admitted to being a guy I had a pretty clear image of what guy-r-l players that have girl avatars are like... they'll tell you so many lies over the course of your friendship, and it's just so messed up.

Of the proposed skill ideas I've heard, and my own, I think: Music would be a great skill. Sailing would be meh, interesting to say the least. Engineering has potential I guess, not sure atm though. Art is another idea that has a lot of potential, and could be great, or absolutely terrible

How much would 296 hours of C2 cost if you're using a team?

3578 hours at the time of this post. You should C2 Fm. It's 774.3k xp/hr due to the fact that you burn a log each 2 ticks @dung instead of the normal 4 ticks. We already proved that Wc and Fishing is worth it so.... I don't use this in my calculator because I want to calc time left with the methods that top players use nowadays. But anyway: Wc splitting with Adze and use "Drowns method" for the rest of Fm XP: You gain around 38.5m Fm XP from 200m Wc Leaves you with 161.5m Fm XP to do. 161.5m/535k= 302 hours 200m/130k=1538 hours Total of 1840 hours (round numbers) Wc splitting with Dragon Hatchet and use "Drowns method" for the rest of Fm XP: You gain 0 Fm XP from 200m Wc Leaves you with 200m Fm XP to do. 200m/535k= 374 hours 200m/140k= 1428 hours (higher XP rate because you can split more logs) Total of 1802 hours (round numbers) Bonfire while Wc and use "Drowns method" for the rest of Fm XP: You gain 176m Fm XP from 200m Wc Leaves you with 14m Fm XP to do 14m/535k= 26 hours 200m/130k= 1538 hours Total of 1564 hours (round numbers) Bonfire while Wcing is like 85-90k Xp/hr... You can't split so you lose Xp. By using Gemeos' number of 130k while splitting it comes out to 104.295k xp/hr when not splitting. This actually seems a bit low. I leveled WC without splitting last year and was averaging slightly under 110k. Keep in mind I wasn't even 99 at the time and I'm sure I missed ticks here and there, so I'd suggest using 110k as the rate without splitting. But to keep it consistent with gemeos' calculations I'll use 104.3k 14m/545k = 26 hours 200m/104.3k = 1918 hours For a total of 1944 hours. So, bonfiring is actually the slowest method by far if this is correct. If you were bonfiring though, would it be better to split or not?

How many hours is slayer alone adding to Drumgun's minimum time? I know he isn't going for it, I'm just wondering

Update for May 22nd - June 8th (2.4 weeks) 1.) S U O M I: 4.326B (+48M) S U O My Goodness! Our number one player has reached another 2 200Ms (respectively Crafting and Attack), bringing his total up to 19. He is now finishing off Runecrafting at Runespan, as well as continuing with Farming. Upcoming milestones: 100M Firemaking (23rd). 2.) Jake: 3.581B (+61m) After a brief position as ranked one, Jake has continue to craft, passing 100M in the process. He also reached 50M Farming, bringing him up to 19 total skills past that mark. Upcoming milestones: None in close sight. He should reach 200M Crafting in a couple of weeks. 3.) Elias: 3.423B (+18M) Elias brought both Defence and Hunter to ~85M xp, as well as turning in some of his strange rocks, but has not passed any milestone since last time. At this rate, he'll get his 16th 100M, Defence, in another 2.4 weeks. Upcoming milestones: None, but Summoning could easily be brought up to 100M (16th) if he so chose to. 4.) Elvis: 3.392B (+25M) With the majority of his xp being in either Smithing or Firemaking, Elvis has brought them both past 100M for his 16th and 17th respective skills there. He's still burning those logs as we speak, and may continue all the way to 200M. Upcoming milestones: 50M Fishing and Construction (21st and 22nd). Summoning and Runecrafting are also both about 6-7M off 100M, but won't be there for a while now. 5.) Skit Shape 3.342B (+21M) I don't know what it means either. The player formerly known as Ftsssg, and Jdelacroix before that, has been hunting and Runespanning, passing 100M Hunter in the process. We also saw a 1M xp burst in Fishing, probably something to do with trying out the new Flingers update. Upcoming milestones: 50M Woodcutting (22nd). 6.) Drumgun: 3.196B (+23M) .984% of Drumgun's xp earned was in Runecrafting, which he got past 50M while doing so. Upcoming milestones: 200m Woodcutting (14th). Just get it already! 7.)
