Dang, what would the cost of all 200M be, and how often are you updating this?

Mine was Prayer, but I got 200M cook since then. Next one will possibly be mage depending on how much gp I have and the amount of iron/steel/mithril tasks I receive. I think I only need ~100 of those tasks to get 99. Less if I can get 100k+ mage exp/task. However I melee + cannon wherever I can, so quite possibly it could be strength or even range depending on the frequency of cannon tasks.

I didn't use a sceptre for my first 25M exp :P and I got it without ROW. I'm highly unlucky with drops. I wasn't overally fussed about my exp rates back then but considering getting 50M+ thief exp as well as 50M+ fletch exp... Not 200Ms I cba with that atm :L

From my own experience I found that solo was the fastest overall as my world was usually always quiet and organising was a pain in the ass. Friends chat did help some what until a room reset, and with people's individual exp rates I preferred to solo. I pluck 400k exp/hour from the air cause it was a lot. No use of summoning or the ghetto bank next door. (glory ammy bank + sceptre to return). Light clothes and substandard agility level. Altough I'm 99 agility now. Chocolate cakes and manual opening of lobby door (as opposed to tele) meant I was getting around 220k exp/hour 91+ What would be the correct equipment set up? What would be the corrcet invent set up? Perfect run is roughly 25k exp so the theoretical max would be 300k exp/hour. Fully looting rooms 7 + 8, with spare time etc. Would be awesome if jagex brought in a point system (like slayer points) for additional thieving rewards to work inside and outside the minigame. 0 fail ardy knights would be wickid.

Let me see if I understood: 1. Join the 4 people + my self at the same time 2. Everyone together, including myself, go open doors till the last room (skipping room 7) 3. While I'm opening urns in room 7, they find the other doors. If it's this what you mean, it wouldn't work because I would reset all doors when I join PP. Also, I would get less xp/hr skipping room 7. You join at the same time, they open doors for you and wait for you to finish so your games are shorter. They'll get less exp than you.

Wouldn't it be more efficient to pay someone 4 people 1M an hour to wait for you... you all join the game at the same time and you go to the last room in the fastest time makine 3:30 seconds games, (skipping room 7) they wait in the room and when you finish they waste time finding the doors for you.... with this you can get ~400k thief exp/hour minimum

Block them, as it will block the whole dungeon in one move. Those tasks I found were slow. Heck 102 Fungal Mage was giving me 120k mage exp, 12k defence exp and 12k slayer exp. That took about an hour.... if not longer and I'm 90 mage. I'd block them and skip any task you can't cannon personally.

Getting 200m Slayer now was inefficient btw. you're inefficient

I have to agree with Jebrim on 200M being a challenge and the whole sacrifice thing. I'm only 99 agility and that took 3 bonus exp weekends to do. I hated doing agility infact the only bit i enjoyed was the last 500k exp. I was 88 agility when barb and gnome came out and I had been 88 for about a year too. People would always ask me why I didn't get 99 and I replied with 'hate the skill' so yeah the mental preparation is a big thing. I'm not sure what aspect I hated, I think it was more I had to play more hours to get the exp I was used to when training a 99. AFK bit didn't bother me too much cause there was always about 4 seconds of AFK time/lap but it was never getting near the max exp rate hurt the most. I was maxing at 68kexp/hour largely due to lagg and some unlucky hitting the rope swing but I was always one of the faster players moving around the course. I do think that with a skill like that there comes a point where it is no longer painful to train. You can do it with ease for short periods of time and long periods of time. Almost like you get institutionalised towards it and immune to any boredom through perhaps sheer obsession.

Maybe I missed the point of the article, [first] as pointed out but the whole "me me me" attitude and the unfairness for a recurring member ie myself would be that we're paying extra for less. It was like when BBM went down, you might not of used it but that option of not being able to use it was really annoying. I don't really care about the items, I got the Google Goggle as I already used chrome to play and they went straight to Diango. What I care about is being member for 4-5 years (with a few months break here and there) and getting the same loyalty benefits as someone who's been a member for 3-4 months. That's not fair seeings as I've pumped over £100 of my money in jagex. However, it could be worse I could had pumped over £400 by playing WoW.

The markets are already seeing signs of declining in the items that had shot up. Nature rune rose to 278 gp each and are now declining. I sold some snape grass via ge 500 each yesterday and they've a ge price of 912 each, Ranarr are also falling. Many high-end farm seeds are lowering. But there are many herbs still rising, so it is very difficult to predict what to buy still. Are we also experiencing arteficial demand? I know I was using that when I bought my nats and P ess. Made about 40M from those without any intention of using. Made about 10M off of seed payments, but lost some money on the actual seeds. Which all in all probably puts me about no better than I was before. Ahah, well maybe slightly better considering I got 2 farm levels.

Chopping trees with herrings? I think some slayer like skill but then for gathering skills would be a tiny bit better :P I dont know whether to think yay or neigh for that. I'm 99 in all gathering skills except mining and really can't be bothered "to mine 50 rune ore" just to get exp in a different skill. I'd be pretty pissed if I was 200M in gathering and this skill came out. But if I was a new player with 1 everything then I'd think great! really depends on your skills :L

Difficult, yet possible. I wonder if any high level plays have another account they do an AFK money making method while training their mains. E.G. fish sharks on one account and be pro on another. I'm newb I know :P

Yes and no, I do mix around my skilling until I find a skill that is in the moment. If the skills is right place right time I will continuously train that skill until I'm bored. I did that with thieving. Did 1-2 levels then decided I needed food, fished 3k lobbies and cooked them then started thieving at level 63, I stopped training at just over 31M exp. This happened with cook when I was 30M exp, started cooking one day then reach 100M exp and got bored and stopped. Same with fish, level 83 to 17M exp was continuous until I got bored. I grinded 99 hunter though, and 99 prayer I guess.... level 70-99 continuous. Depends on the skill really. Right now I started slaying, started @101 cb and now 105 cb and not bored yet.

I saw one today made me chuckle. player with one 99 and sub 1800 total saying they were going for completionist. I'm not saying that they wont get there, it's just a huge step to take seriously. Like all things, start smaller and build. Player as 1 99, why not set a goal to get 5, then 10, then 20, then all etc. Same with 200Ms. Start with 1, then 2, then 5 etc. If it truely is your goal there would be no need to create a thread for it for 'support' knowing that you can do it should be enough support as it is. I dont think the whole idea of the threads they make is to achieve the goal, it's for other motives.. ones that spring to mind, free cash from donations to buy stuff unrelated to the goal - phats etc, seeking of fame/feeling of being important. Anyways enough of this, when anyone laggs out and then loggs back in does it say "RS has refreshed" or is it just me? And at roughly what cb stats should I start using the most efficient kuradel tasks blocked/skip list? Is it worth spending my first 400 points on the slayer mask soon as i get 400? Does anyone think SUOMI could achieve the top rc month record by not training rc? would need to average something like 1,025,000 RC exp/day :/ excluding stacking effigies until do that in a day ofc.
