That's actually really honorable. Many will find it a waste of time, but I think that's pretty nice. Ur clan can be anti-crashers, but I doubt u can help out the higher-ranked clans' wars.

I do see what u mean, & maybe if I was a bit older when I created my clan I would have chosen a different name. The extra characters around the name *-P.K.Masters-* give it a more distinctive look though, in my opinion. Most people don't count it part of the name though since u can't really pronounce it, & it takes a while to learn.

Yeah.. It's too bad. I bet you half of them don't even know there even is a clan section. Oh, no. DS does know that Tip.It has a CD section. Tip.It used to be used a lot more than RSC for CD, but Tip.It had to be shut down for a while so all the clan-orientated players went to RSC. As clans grew, their members used RSC while Tip.It was still shut down. Therefore, the new members used RSC, & it was too late to turn back.

I've tried mass recruiting & to protect my clan's current state, I eventually had to kick out the majority of them. It's hard to find "good" clan members these days & it's getting even harder with all the PC products & little kids.

I thought RoT wanted to go 100% honor. I at least give them some credit for being a little more respected.

I would say every clan on the top 50 list. They all start out with less than 20 members then grow. To be specific though, wasn't Mori a little bad? Something happened then they starting gaining. Just distant rumors, I have no idea if it's true.

"more fun and it looks cooler" are both opinions, but that's what Tricking was made for. I really don't see how people confuse Tricking with Parkour & Free Running though. Anyway, I'll check my PMs as much as I can so anyone who wishes to view the video, can.

First of all, this is not a RuneScape-related *-P.K.Masters-* clan event, as many people may assume when seeing the clan name in this thread title. To be honest, I'd rather start this thread off by giving a link to my history in Parkour, but the text it is actually at school now on a local website I made there, so I'll just give a brief history: I started Parkour January 2005, & since then I've been dong it in my spare time. It actually came extremely natural to me so I improved immediately. Determination played a major role during these two years since jumping off two story buildings can wear u out on the spot...on the roof. Just recently, I believe I have finally mastered Parkour & Free Running. I now consider myself a true Traceur. Parkour is not a sport. It is the art of movement developed by David Belle. Free Running is like Parkour, but is a more "free flowing" version of it; created by S̮̩̉̉bastien Foucan. In Parkour, it's purpose is to get one from Point A to Point B as efficiently & quickly as possible. Some may have heard of "Yamakasi" which is like Parkour, but instead, it's aim is get one from Point A to Point B, but he or she can have her own style. Some also may have heard of "Tricking." Tricking is not Parkour, Free Running, or Yamakasi. It actually has to deal with flips & tricks--it's sometimes confused with Parkour, Free Running, & Yamakasi. I do Parkour & Free Running, not Yamakasi or Tricking, so I never do flips. I understand the philosophy & goal of Parkour, & I respect it. *-P.K.Masters-* Genesis: PM me for the link to the video. I think most of the ex-DS will either quit or go clanless. DI will sort of benefit from this, as they will be #1 again, but they won't receive any ex-DS members.

When I click Clan Discussions & saw the thread title "DS Closes" I couldn't believe it. I thought it was maybe some other clan with the same initials of Dark Slayers. Then I saw it was Handyguy who had created the thread, & I started getting butterflies in my stomach. So I went to other threads & posted, then came to this one as my final one. I saw "Dark Slayers" in the post & just sat there at the computer, motionless. I read the quote in disbelief. I truly can't believe this is DS' end. After trying so hard to reach for number one, having to beat DI along the way, DS finally got what they wanted. Not only that, but they firmly held #1 & grew. I hope DS comes back one day, maybe when no one is expecting it. But til then, RuneScape loves u DS & always will.

Clan Support will partly determine that as well. If JAGeX releases good clan support, clans will flourish.
