The only way that last scene could have been rape-ier is if Amon wasn't wearing pants. There are episodes of Criminal Minds that aren't as dark as that ending :ohnoes: I feel like an ass for giggling reading that. Maybe it was the emote. It still amazes me that, despite being a (mostly) Badass Normal, Amon would make Azula, Ozai, and many antagonists from the old series cry like they were his [bleep].

Ambler can watch LoK without having seen ATLA and not miss a lot imo. But it wouldn't be as enjoyable.

Sound is broken on my computer and I have no idea how it happened. My brother said "So what? This is the best thing I've seen. The words (I don't care who its from, they speak volumes) were inspiring to hear and even made me embrace my nostalgia a little. The best part was how you made your level-up pictures into photographic art rather than pixel "i got 99 in x" image. The waiting... how long has it been since a seven day wait felt so agonizing? Anyone else thing that the silhouette (Korra) doing the waterbending in the intro will go from messy to refined over the series as a reflection to her character development to working on airbending and, as a whole, understanding the spiritual aspect to being the Avatar? The spoilers already spoiled us that she will be crying in Tenzin's arms at some point, which might be where she stops acting like a Leeroy in combat and lean towards being more composed. Her confrontational behavior is bad enough to the point she lost to a regular Equalist fighter and appears to cause other troubles much to chagrin to tohers. I just hope the Equalists don't hog up the screen time as the enemy in the series since the prospect of looking into the Triad seems worth expanding into why Republic City isn't turning out as great as Aang planned.
