The only ones I played were: silver, crystal, and sapphire. Needless to say, I got easily bored and made a habit of screwing around just so the game felt like it was lasting longer.

I envy you so much. For some reason, I am not getting pages easily compared to when I was doing the farming method on way to Dreadnips and I need a good 8-9 pages till I have complete journal. :( Also, I am finding it irksome that I keep getting knocked into lobby/white-screening in the tower every 5-10 minutes, often in the middle of fights. -.-

Or maybe just ovl boost :P But yeah, they really suck on him. Do dominion weapons count as powerups or not? I don't currently have any to test. Yes they do, so no tricks there. Would the dominion weapons do much difference against Sunfreet anyway considering people have trouble hitting it with chaotics on turmoil? From what I am reading, it looks like it has rather ridiculous defense power.

Quite honestly, I expected this kind of thing as well. The rarity wouldn't be such a big deal if they weren't tied to one of the dominion weapons. I mean, you can get the sword and crossbow within a couple of hours but you're probably not getting the staff until you've finished everything else, unless you farm pages. It doesn't help page farming is annoying and can take awhile to get the book done at times. I'm irritated the journal is tied to so much of the tower achievement requirements considering their frequency. EDIT: It appears the Jagex mods did respond upon reading the posts added with the one I submitted. It's nice you can get multiple pages now at least. :P

Achieved 15M ranging experience. Now I have no more reasons to continue slaying. It adds insult to injury that I got the experience cashing my dominion junk (minus swords) instead of actually slaying. As for the tower itself, I may return and try to unlock the last four bosses I need to fight (plus get 35-40 some odd kills) so I can access the gloves. As for Sunfreet, I don't think I will try him just yet... Need to start adding trivia again. I should be able to find good bits to add.

I don't think Jagex would ever make an update that would require Nex gear for the fight. Given how creative players can be, it shouldn't be long till a general strategy is made to defeat him. Once I find a suitable strategy, I plan to go after Sunfreet myself. :P

My thoughts on one purely devoted to the psychology bit. The only unrealistic part is that they need a very large amount of specimens and they need to be a flawless manipulator. They would be a fresh introduction to something that is rather cliche and almost dull and tiresome now.

You see mad scientists devoted to chemistry or biology, but never any form of psychology. The potential for the latter has a lot of potential when you think about it.

Noticed that their patch notes are getting more amazing and impressive lately (minus last week). I hope they keep this trend going. :P I have to kill: Nomad, Monkey Trio, Pest Queen, and Dag Mother 2 + get 40ish kills before I can use Goliaths, and it looks like they are worth the trouble to get. Might actually camp again just so I can fully enjoy completing the tower.
