  1. This requires champagne for such an event.
  2. The chameleon has spoken, everyone.
  3. "concerning" can be considered an understatement in the volume of where it's at now by what the article implied (or a few months ago based on the last time I was bored enough to trek there), and the article was mainly focused on Lumbridge in World 1. I almost feel the need to visit W1 myself just to see how abhorrent it is in other areas such as G.E. and Varrock. Last time I visited F2P, I was in World 3 and left within a few minutes because of how downright disgusting the behavior was and I recalled several Player Moderators hung out there in the past. Even though it will torture my eyes, will go visit the places just to get a good grasp and how things are at the current moment. It's unfortunate that not much could change even if some at Jagex read the article and upped their priorities, but I might be saying this because of my cynicism in general. EDIT: Not long after posting, I did venture into World 1 just to see for myself. Rather glad it's mostly isolated in Lumbridge and a good bit of the G.E., but it wasn't very pleasant in other areas I walked and/or teleported to either. I think Arceus' article was the only one where I went out of my way to try understanding by doing something in the game.
  4. Oh, I see. By now, I've become pretty adept at trapping the meleers, and the rapier dispatches those rangers in 2 or 3 hits most of the time, so the damage I receive is pretty small. I wouldn't use it otherwise without a rapier. Those pre-Jad waves aren't a problem for me, and I've always had plenty of food left over, so I use it to get those waves over in the fastest way I can. Ah, that's very interesting, I forgot about soaking. Hmm. I'll give it some thought. I'd still like to try SoA with Void Mage first though, if only to test a theory. Wearing the whole Gano set has over 50% magic soak, which is nice and hefty before you start adding other items. I would love to own an EEK since I heard it shines with the set. Alas, I need to dung more often and I am months out of date with the info on new methods and such.
  5. Add that the Ganodermic can help if you miss the magic prayer and Jad attacks, which turns his potential game-ending attack into something that does 400 or so damage. Strange many people forget of Gano's melee defenses too, which makes it more awesome. I think I only relied on my EEE (with a bit of soul split) during my two (well, three) cave attempts thanks to it. Makes me want to go bother with getting fire cape even more despite how I don't really intend to use it a whole lot.
  6. The country where MacBeth takes place, the home of William Wallace, and that one part of the UK. Psychology.
  7. During your collections on one of those battlefields, you didn't specify for your Time Machine to appear after the bloodshed; you get murdered in cold blood the moment you arrive. Go back to the 1600s to collect smallpox samples and reintroduce them in 2012. I took the precautions of wearing hazard protection from head-to-toe.
  8. Banned for possibly having a hand in pushing him into said pitfall. It's not because of the moral implications, but more like that I didn't have a front row seat to watch with a side of popcorn.
  9. American football. It claims to be mainly when it's a joke in comparison to other bloodsports and it gets too much funding in schools ot the point it suffocates other programs. Most hated word?
  10. Salvador Dali. Favorite fictional combat style?
  11. By "solo", I assume it means all but one sit and watch the show? :P
  12. Nerds are awesome. In fact, they're just as awesome as classic Spongebob.
  13. I am not much of a grudge bearer, but... 1) Kuradal. She is one of the reasons Slayer isn't my favorite skill anymore. 2) The Raptor. Perhaps he would finally be impressed at me murdering him cold blood. 3) Sandwich Lady. Not for the numerous times she popped in on me during combat in 2006-2007, but for the one time she decides to rear her ugly head during Mourning Ends Part II while doing the puzzle under attack by shadows. Add insult to injury that it was the second-to-last quest I needed to finish at the time to get my quest point cape. Was able to claim my piece of food easily, but it still makes me go berserk thinking about it. Special mention: Scorpions (Fourth thing I want to die. If you know Asian culture, you can see the significance of me saving Scorpions for this spot). It was the first thing to kill me in RuneScape, modern version and the classic. I have a habit of murdering any on sight if I walk by one. Admit it, you have your special grudge spot for the first thing to kill you.
  14. There's a first for everything... In before many snipes are done to Q. :P Justified Star sniped you since she is quite a master of it.
  15. How did it go? :P Couldn't do anything due to login servers going out. I was going to try last night, but got bored and felt the need to eat gummy bears instead. Yeah, my third cape try failed out of my laziness. Based on my luck, I always seem to succeed on the fourth try.
  16. I was intrigued at the second article in how the implements in new quests are designed to include voices and depth, and I didn't even notice the trait of those quests having us referred to as "adventurer" or something that doesn't involve doing every phonetic sound or number use. As for the other two articles, I agree defense needs a change, but the system right now seems too deeply implemented that changing it could produce odd implications. As for the third article, I was rather disturbed and only stopped a little over halfway. I knew f2p Lumbridge on Worlds 1 and 3 were bad, but reading it seems to be far worse than possible.
  17. Hmm, so far I've been rapiering everything, with a chaotic crossbow as a backup and for jad. I very rarely get melee'd by the Ket-Zeks, none of the first 62 waves really pose a problem. I'm going to try luring those healers behind Italy Rock and dispatching them separately before I get into more drastic and expensive methods like SoA. And even SoA isn't guaranteed. It does make for a fast cave attempt, which is nice.
  18. I mainly quit slaying because Duradel and his daughter kept giving me terrible tasks and left me under 1k points 99% of the time. Would've been awesome to cash in 10k points for 30M profit. :P
  19. If you try that stunt again with soloing 5:5, you should invite me. :twss:
  20. LOVE IT! AHAHAHAHA Kie also joined in ;) And then this happened  A (hive)mind is a terrible thing to waste be wasted.
  21. The wall is terrified about me smiling for some reason. 44 HP
  22. FUNgeon in the Dungeon. Poor pun, but it fits the dunging you're doing. Speaking of, I should get my puny 99 dungeoneering up more.
  23. Y-You mean that you aren't that classy in real life? He's still classier than most people in real life anyway.
  24. Banned because I don't fall for poorly-set schmuck bait unlike you.
