From what I was reading, shields suck mcnuts. I guess it wasn't any different from my older combat preference which was thrash them over and over until they collapse. I thought godswords were outdated ages ago. I do have chaotics and void, so it should do me good enough for awhile. Although the only thing about combat on my mind is adjusting to the system.

As for the quests, I know at least one involved the penguins ([bleep] those guys) and some have the signature heroes in. POP sounds like a nice thing. Java now reinstalled. Guess I will start scaping once again soon. The cache is going to be a unforgiving mistress to me. I just know it. Made even worse I won't have members for quite awhile until I get a membership card. But the months long break will make playing refreshing.

Nice to know I am not the only one who finds Fennekin a bit too hyped. I also agree with you on the plot of 5th gen's games since it's more in depth compared to the previous ones, primarily because of how they addressed several unfortunate implications in the games the first time and the second going for full out "take over Unova" with upping the ante (honestly, I found the attack on Opelucid awesome). Hell, I even loved Ghetsis because of how well of a character he is in the villainous sense. The music is pretty damn sweet too, especially B2W2's remixes plus Shadow Triad's. It also helps B2W2 isn't a huge [bleep] when it comes to grinding BP considering how cheaper the items are now. The tournament style of the PWT (I honestly am not fond of the Subway for a few reasons) is actually quite enjoyable considering who you're fighting.

Have to reinstall Java since client won't install. Now to kill time. Any ideas? EDIT: Decided to dust off my B2 game and continue with my PWT shenanigans. Java is going to take some time downloading, but I'm chill with it.

Okay, this makes me want to play again. That quest alone looks like something that would re-energize me into playing again, especially given I haven't logged on since September. I think I'll take this opportunity to reinstall the client. :3

Now I am really curious on the details. Care to indulge in a few specific examples you may recall?

The first thing that came to mind in P.E. in my school days was the fact how ridiculously easy it was to get your fingers injured by those damn scooters. I do remember that parachute though, which was the only team-based activity I truly liked. I also recalled I wasn't allowed to use the bat in any baseball games for one year because of how klutzy I get with the bat. Despite how I only injured someone (minor) only once with a bat hitting their (gym teacher's) knees on accident.
