At 17/18 Finns are usually in College or Vocational school, if in College, then it is kinda hard to play a lot, as one has exams and course works, but (Beware: Stereotype) if in Vocaitonal school, then it wouldn't be a problem to have +10h RS days as there is no need to do anything there. Or one doesn't contnue to go to school after comprehensive school :o
