For the early combat masters, which is a better money source. High level slayer, barrows, or DKS?

Since 07scape is definitely coming out and since there will be players going for 200m all there as well we should start looking at top xp rates for 07scape. I'll start off. Hopefully with methods feasible without the GE and trading via trade worlds/forums. To my knowledge: Agility - Dorgesh-Kaan Construction - Mahogany tables is still the fastest xp rate Combat (melee) - Zombie monkeys are the best xp rate. Prayer gear/salve ammy/super sets/prayer pots Cooking - sharks is the fastest xp rate. 07 Forum trading made cooking a cheap skill still. Crafting - cutting gems is the fastest xp rate. Realistically probably crafting unstrung gold ammies, which can be sold to lunar mages, which can be sold to alchers. Farming - Trees/special/herbs Firemaking - Magic logs Fishing - fly fishing while dropping or barb fishing it was released Fletching - stringing magic longs (u) herblore - best potion that doesn't lose too much of a profit (unid herbs make herb cleaning impractical) hunter - sallys (?) Magic - barraging at zombie monkey tunnel, but probably superheating/string all/high alch Mining - granite Prayer - guilded alter & Ourg bones realistically D-bones. Ranging - Red chins Runecrafting - service like W66 fast free laws is the best rc xp rate but when the economy catches up, Rings of dueling and fire runes Slayer - Starting slayer at high combat with guthans (?) or black mask is the best xp rate Smithing - Superheating gold ore (?) Thieving - Blackjacking but possibly PP at high levels Woodcutting - Arctic pines (?) or mahogany (?) Then for first to max out: My guess is the first player to max out will rush combat training. Probably duel arena with a buddy (because alternate accounts are totally against the rules). Duel keeping defense level 1, train strength to 30 and attack to 40. Upgrade to rune weapon (presumably dagger because of availability). Continue poking until 50 strength and 60 attack. Rush dragon dagger. Continue training with spec weapon until 70 attack, and 80 strength. Train defense to 40. Then upgrade training spots, presumably bandits/experiments/yaks/fight caves/or arena if it gives better xp rates, dunno which would be the best xp rate. When your a high combat level 80 Att, 90 Str, 60 def get started on slayer. When you get 55 slayer and unlock slayer dart (unless you think you can get 70 range/magic faster) and get the requirements for barrows done. Camp barrows at that point as much as possible, ideally getting your own set of guthans or the money to purchase one while selling other barrows items. From there start slayer, hopefully starting combat will give you an edge on the people that started slaying day 1. If it does and you are a top slayer you could potentially get decently rich off the skill and use it to fund other skills. This is my guess how the first 07scape player will max out.

Well 1 xp or not you already beat the game SUOMI. Anyways I think your making the right decision by not doing the Jagex sponsored event considering how bad they treated you. But you will be recognized as the first regardless of that last xp. Maybe if you stopped thieving 100M xp in it might not be the case. Also when the new skill comes out you will have 1 xp in it and that will put you at 5b xp.

that knee jerk reaction comes from the forces I listed earlier. Until modern times sex with lots of partners WAS irresponsible prior to modern birth control because of the enormous chance of pregnancy at each given time you had sex and the uncertainty of who the father was and then the very real issue of who ought to feed this kid comes up and can be difficult for a society to deal with. Now I recognize that this doesn't apply as much anymore but somewhere deep in our reptile brains we still associate sex with pregnancy on some level. I personally don't slut shame, in fact I welcome promiscuity however I don't hold it against people who do for reasons previously stated.

This is true for ALL humans. Regardless of the belief system. Because that girl is a threat to her. She is insecure that you would reject her advances if push came to shove. Girls who are promiscuous are ostracized by other girls because they are seen as a threat. Thats why even liberal feminist girls will trash talk another promiscuous girl. It goes back to the goals between the sexes. A women hits the evolutionary jackpot if the most productive/successful member of the group chooses her and stays only with her. A man hits the evolutionary jackpot by having sex with as many women as possible and not fully committing to either of them. Like you I don't agree with bullying for any reason. However there are reasons why people do choose to bully promiscuity. That said you cant really stop it on a societal level but you can filter out the bullies from your social circle. That said with regards to slut shaming, men are more likely to say something negative about a promiscuous girls behaviour however they will drop it at that, women on the other hand will go out of the way to crush that girls same girls soul, most of the shaming and bullying comes from women shaming other women. With this in mind I suspect that slut shaming is mostly about intrasexual competition, with the occasional guy joining in who is anti-sex for w/e his reasons are.

Theres a million reasons why someone can be. Religious upbringing, lack of success in having sex, bad experience with it, etc. People have different values and some people are not accepting of other peoples values. You can choose to not associate with those people. Anyways thats why I think slut shaming is a minor issue overall. Society as a whole is being more open to it because the economics behind sexual morality have changed (ie: sex no longer is a near guarantee of pregnancy like it was prior to birth control).

He has been the closest to 200m in all skills long before he was at the top of the high scores. In fact people were discussing suomi on page 10 of this thread or so. So its only natural that people were willing to donate to him.
