Colors don't match, banner is too small(short) and plain. The sharks are way to pixelated, the originals are too small for a banner, and they've lost a lot of quality. And Photoshop is the best program for making anything.. i dont see where the International Mathematical Olympiad comes in :?

Great job for a First, i really like what you've done here I'm a little confused though, did you resize it, because its lost some quality A few tips: Take a look at some pixeling tutorials and learn better shading The arm on the left is too short and too short, its not natural looking, and the hand isn't right The end of the staff thing (i forget what they are called, haven't played RS in years) is a little misshapen as well ^More natural looking arm

If your into free photo editing software i suggest you try out Gimp: http://www.gimp.org/ You can download it for free and I believe its a lot better then what you have now.

You're generally not supposed to post your first pixel sig. It's kind of an unwritten rule in the gallery, and I kind of broke it :-w . Oh its written.. in the rules :P Anyway, i guess you're the exception. You put more then 10 minutes into it and its actually good. Lines are pretty messy though.
