dont see why we need so many floors and rooms(above ground), as theres only like.. 15 different types of rooms?... how many bedrooms do u want? :P

mining iron is pretty good and fast too, once you can use rune.

im not really sure about safespots, but run behind the throne before fighting the ice queen, so that the ice warriors wont attack you too. as that place is multi-combat.

well, if you held that in a f2p world, its no wonder you got asked. most f2p dont see much of p2p items, and not many of them read p2p updates too.

i know you can get a potion 'thats good for spots' from the potion guy in varrock.. however i've never used it. dunno whether its the one that u need.

get yourself in the crafting guild and make the highest pottery stuff that you can. everything is available there.

they're in waterbirth island, its south of miscellania and north of relleka. u need to take a boat from relleka to get there.

edgeville is definitly the better choice.. dont really see the problem with wildy.. if you're gg to rc, i doubt you'll bring any armour or eq with you. getting killed with a tiara and a few mind runes wont cause too much grief. =P

just ask a fren or someone who has done the quest to get it for you.

hrm.. i usually get profits from yew longs. yew logs: 250gp bowstrings: 150gp natures: 350gp so it'll cost 750gp, high alch and you'll get 768gp. =D if you cant find bowstrings for 150gp, just buy flax and spin it yourself, it'll be much cheaper and you get the crafting xp. but what you want to do is alch the magic bows. =P

hrm.. shade robe top & bottom, power ammy, boots of lightness, ring of charos and a cape. =P -
ice warriors and giants are pretty good. they have some good drops, and theres the fishing spot outside the cave if you need food. only thing is that its far from the bank.

if you dont wanna use so many seeds, planting fruit trees is better, juz pick the fruits once in a while.
