Mining and banking iron would be faster exp, and money than mining coal in the guild. You can definitely get two or more iron in the time it takes to get one coal at the east varrock mine. I would go with mine and bank iron ores at east varrock.

If you are banking, southeast varrock is definitely the fastest for f2p. For p2p it is yanille, it is only a few clicks away from the bank.
