It's very possible to make enough for a party hat from scratch, although you are right, it does take extreme dedication. Maybe you should get into ownage-staking?

I'm glad tipiters can do simple math. I had someone tell me on my mining thread that I needed 17 levels to go from 73 to 85 mining. On topic: It does save you 3.84 hours every four days, so you have to decide at what point the money you could be making add up to the price of the ring. So as somebody above me said, if you decide to go for 99 from like 75, you're better off using the ring.

Sweeet, that person totally deserves it too. He's probably sitting there in lumby rethinking his plan to make money.

Nice accomplishment. The hard part is going through the caves and dealing with the monkeys. For the Jungle Demon you can just wait until the gnomes red-bar the demon and then go and magic shortbow spec it. I did it on my pure at around the same combat as you. Man that was a long time ago. Brings back memories

Hey good luck, Im basically at the same point as you mining-wise, but I'm going straight to 85 without other goals.

If you really want it fast, just go to some crowded f2p bank and offer 5k for a set.
