  3. There is no good and bad music, everything is a matter of opinion. I used to be into speedcore and still love it. It's basically absolute noise but i find it hard to hate. it's just so fricken insane and awesome  Most would say melody, harmony and structure, But that's just their opinion. It might be the popular opinion, but its their opinion. I like most stuff. I love really uplifting chords like in hybrid's work and progressive trance. then again, i love noisecore and metalcore :D
  4. BFMV at the kerrang tour :) which city are you seeing them in?
  5. hahah, i didn't cry you phag. how can you call someone emo if you have never met/seen them before
  6. limewire's actually spyware free. but yeah, buy it you git.
  7. Ordered this album at the weekend and after much waiting i was lying in bed at 10:30am i heard the post come through the letterbox. I was that excited I ran downstairs nude. whacked it in the cd player i'm halfway through and have to say, i have never been blown away by such a consistently amazing and quality album. If you like metalcore, get this album now. Tears dont fall actually bought tears to my eyes. Amazing stuff man :) Probably one of the best bands i've ever had the pleasure of listening to. http://play.com/play247.asp?pa=sr&page= ... tle=719672

  16. hahah, awesome
  17. They're alright. Sonny has a terrible voice though, he sounds like a kitten with a rat crawling up its arse screaming in pain. Such A Tragedy is an aweseome song, but the screamer in the background has a much better voice imo.

Suppose it's a matter of taste. Personally i can't stand scott browns stuff anymore, only so long you can listen to the same sounds in a different order...I havn't heard from Robbie Long in a while but his tunes were well good, didnt know he was still around? At least Finergy is doing well for itself 8) Suppose hardcore always was a bit crappy yeah. Turn of the millennium we were all under the illusion that hardcore was due for an explosion. Pity that was chart remixes from pop trance artists :(
  19. I think anyone that calls their musical preference "Rock" should think a little before opening their mouths.

Most new stuff is more punk rock. Don't get me wrong I love it, but punk rock is very different to punk. Towers Of London are pretty damn punk even though they're new. Believe it or not my mate met them in a rock bar in town and played tongue hockey with one of the birds, lucky get. Green days older stuff was good, but way too overplayed by the phags at kerrang now. Ska punks well good, Catch 22/Less than jake/Reel Big Fish/Goldfinger, its very easy going :) Bands like Rise Against, Strike Anywhere, Fall Out Boy, and NOFX are pretty awesome, but as I say, punk rock. Thanks to all the "punk" kiddies it's impossible to wear converse without looking like you're following a trend. 1. Converse Noun: Shoes that used to be an expression of individuality, but are now an overused fad.

What most people have listed I would not call trance, I would call it cack. Shame on you all for listing Scooter, ATB, Dj Sammy and DJ RANKIN...absolutely pathetic, kill me if i ever get famous for doing what these artists do. It's fricken pop music. Herr and Biox seem to know what they're talking about. Was never fond on Blank & Jones and stuff myself, Tiesto is ok (His remix of Delerium - Silence and Lethal Industry...DROOL!) but even most of that's a little overcommercialised. If you wanna check out some really awesome trance, listen to stuff like Ace Da Brain, Lange, Rank 1, Ferry Corsten. For live sets try Kevin Energy, Sharkey, Mark EG, M-Zone, Yoji Biomehanika, etc...try to look for the Sensation Black+White cd's, i watched black live this year over the internet until 7am, it was absolutely amazin, goin there next year. Shame that Eng has been banned, because Brisk and Hellfish+Producer are amazin. Brisk still remains one of my top happy hardcore artists of all time, and unlike most hardcore producers nowadays his tracks sound different to each other. The hardcore scene is in shambles
  22. Ok, what im trying to get going here is people posting links to free mp3s from unsigned bands. Y'know...myspace, purevolume, official sites - that kinda thing. Two that i saw last week : http://www.myspace.com/page44 http://www.myspace.com/is0lace - listen to narcotica :D edit : those bands are on myspace. replace the link :)
  23. Oh yeah, had a look for that one but was like ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã20 on HMV, might get it from play soon :)
  24. Dunno why but i've really gotten into these kind of things recently. Like movies about hopes and dreams being crushed...*shrugs* Requiem For A Dream Donnie Darko That kinda thing. Anyone got any suggestions?
  25. Pervading Call - Destiny (Aces Delight Instrumental Mix) Jimmy Eat World - Work Hybrid - Finished Symphony Delerium feat. Sarah Maclaclan - Silence (Airscape Remix) Rank 1 - Breathing Plummet - Damaged (Antillas remix) Funeral For A Friend - History Funeral For A Friend - I Am The Arsonist and probably the most emotional, Further Seems Forever - Snowbirds and Townies Story behind this one. This winter is lasting forever, at least for tonight. And I know that you're never leaving, until your flight, takes you off, and out of my arms, and into the air, so far from your charms, that I can not bare, another year, in this long forgotten beach town, we once shared. The guy who sings it used to see this girl at a winter holiday resort every year and they became really close friends. One year on the way there, her plane crashed and she died. Brings tears to my eyes :(
