ok, and also, what i find out is that its better to melee the lvl 154 and using protect from melee, so my question is, how much damage do he with mage?, should i have more food (sharks) than prayer potions and super restore?

to get the ice diamond, would the best way be to fight with a fire spell?, if so would flames of zamorak do better then fire strike (im only 65 mage)

Guesss you got what you deserved. well, actuly i cant be the reason, casue he get banned for marcoing, what i know is marcoing when u use a auto program or something, and not trade between acounts. also, mage190, i guess u where member and then if u realy dont have done marcoing, then jagex would be illegal, cause u had paid to play, then they dont deliver ur stuffs and that is realy illegal
