And in the middle of all that chaos, Nobodysdoll with her bald head shining in the sun. Secateurs in one hand and watering can in another planting/watering a spirit tree or may be a white tree. Rake and spade crossed over her back like two swords, maybe a hatchet by side and some small bags with seeds. Farming cape without trims. Yes this could be one of the hard assignments. So after all there are already some challenges.

I think it is great, that Varrock is next on the list. Nothing to do you say? Yes nothing atm. So this means that Jagex will have to introduce some good updates in Varrock area, before releasing new AD. New high level monster deep in Varrock sewers, new minigame/s and so on. Releasing AD on existing basis would be a mistake, and I think Jagex knows that meaning they will work hard to improve Varrock area and introduce new things. Just hope I'm not wrong :ohnoes:

Thats the main reason no one is fishing monks - 325gp ea!!! With 75 fish I can get ~200 cooked monks per hour or ~250 raw. 250*325=81k - waste of time. Got my 5k cooked monks on the weekend when monks were released and those will last me 1/2 year. So don't expect this place to be crowded.

I think that Jagex will solve this problem sooner or later by introducing COH (clan owned houses). What we can do is try to convince Jagex that they should do this sooner. Making a post in sugestion part of official Runescape forum, would be one of the possible ways of promoting this idea. The mechanism of COH could be like this. You have to buy certificate to build a COH. Let's say the certificate would cost 5m, then you have to get at least 10 signatures of other clan members so that the certificate becomes valid. Those 10 (or more) would be considered founders of the clan house and have some privileges. Additional members could be added later to max number of 100 or smthlt.

You don't have to come every day, but the approval rating drops by ~1% (has to be confirmed yet) each day and lower approval rating means less production. So it would be wise go to island now and then to rise approval rating and deposit aditional money to coffers.

I think that teleportation with help of tablets to any place can be true. What I think is that after teleporting the tablet would lose its charge and it will take some time for it to gain full strenght again. This way you wont be able teleprt all the time but lets say once per hour or smth. Another posibility is that there will be special places where youll be able to place those tablets. Its good that we have to wait only couple days, hours? to find out the truth ;)

K, good point. The low nest drop rate of rare trees can mean that Jagex have prepared for the Construction madness. A lot of people will cut teaks and mahagony so the high nest drop rate could spoil tree seed market. To avoid this the drop rate of nests is so small. don't know though if this is true when you cut your teaks and mahagonies by yourself. I while ago nest drops from mahagonies were very good. You could get 1 nest per 10-12 minutes on average. Drop rate for maples was worse for sure. Another conclusion that we can make is that you get ~1 nest per 100k invested in maples. The ring/seed ratio is about 50/45 leaving the 5% for eggs.

Yes they changed it. After finishing the royal trouble the max amount of money you can put into chest rises to 7.5m

Got 5 nests from maples too (invested 500k). I wish those would be magic seeds, but there was only 2 acorn and 1 banana rest containing saphire and gold ring. Still 5 nests could be a good adition to every day income. P.S Makes me wonder is it possible to get the colored egs from these nests.

Who said that maples are the worst investment. Got 5! nests from my investment of 500k. 100% approval, 100% on maple 50% on herbs. Got ~470 maple logs, 5nests (3 seed, 2 ring). Also a bunch of herbs the lowest being taromins no rannar though ;( And now the bad thing - 2 of those seeds were acorn and one banana lol. Havent been so excited and so disapointed in the same minute for ages ;). Left the same settings today, will see if I was lucky or maples are realy good nest dropers. P.S. For those who say no pic no proof I will post the screenshot later.

From my point of view it is worth to invest money. The question is how much? IMHO there is no point in investing 7.5m unless you intend to visit your kingdom only once in 3 months. I invested 500k and got almost the same amount of seeds that seekad. Approval drop rate is about 1% a day, so it seems investment of ~1.3m and visiting once per week to put in additional 500k could be the optimal solution. Of course we have to wait couple weeks to see how it goes. Changes are possible (remember pest control, agility pyramid etc.), still I think this will be a good way to get more raw materials, although it wont be enough for those who play more than few hours a day. P.S Seems that the special things from farming are tree and fruit tree seeds. If so, then what are the specials from tree cutting. The same seeds only in nests?

I play on 1680x1050 resolution on 15.4" screen and it is ok. Though it would be nice if they make the RS window biger.
