try filling out the recovery request make a new account. As far as I can tell, your last one didnt have that much skills/money make sure you're secure in the future so it wont happen again

Try getting as much chaos & fire (or other) runes as you can (+ air staff) and train on npc's who cant hit you. From lvl 55-> I'd try high alching loads of steel plates, rune meds and other stuff like that.
