In mage staking you dont usually wear armour, or weapons, its called mage boxing, with only mage turned on and no movement. This the most common type of stake, most serial mage stakers "cant be bothered" to buy tons of mage equipment. Sometimes people use masterwands or ancient staffs, but not very often. In no movement just use shadow barrage and blood barrage/blitz (cant use ice barrage in no movement fights). Shadow barrage at the start as its slightly more accurate than the blood spells, then the blood spells as you begin to get hit. I also use blitz on occasions as its more accurate than barrage, and has won me quite a few stakes. In movement stakes be cafeful of X loggers, and people who will freeze you and stand on you, making you unable to cast spells on them, and them able to cast on you. My advice to you is to always stake movement off. Good luck :wink:

As long as you have a law tiara, you will get fast laws in 66, and make a better profit that you would do in 99. And bunkie, us crafters give 27 laws and 27 noted ess in return for 27 unnoted ess.

The reward is randomly generated when you finish the clue, just like when you kill a monster. A friend completed a clue once and got the reward, a sara plate. Something happened and the server had to roll back, so he finished the clue again and got a different reward. Each clue reward will be totally independant of each other, and the monster it was dropped from.

Well i had a magic ammy and the stats were +15 mage attack and +10 mage def, i have screenshots and timestamps on them if youre that interested.

It was +15 mage attack all along, i got one froma clue a week ago. Jagex must have made a mistake entering it into the Kb

The torso also has poorer stats than granite, but is lighter and has strength. Probably one of the only items worth getting

99% of rs is too stupid to even know whats going on, impossible to find a good team. Went through it a few times with clanmates, lv 3 defender and healer atm

But they are introducing a lot of new armours, to potentially lower the price of d chains, and also giving a new way of getting d chains... Perhaps a d plate is on the way?

it wont replace rune plate at 60k in wild, it looks like rockshell, and it isnt even as a good a "range" def as chain :roll: ...and if you are looking for real def then barrows is the only in game option Granite has +97 range def, drag about 82 It looks simalar but better than rs

D chains are for looks:) Granite just has good stats for cheap price
