If they are doing it, I'm sure at least some Player Moderators would have spoken up, wouldn't they? As long as they aren't freely distributing that information to third-parties, then it's fine. They aren't breaking anything. P.S. I would have given them that information if it was truly them. Maybe they're doing it so you'll be able to recover your account easier? I can confirm that an ex-Player-Mod had informed me about this about a month ago. I can't name my source, as I'm pretty sure mods can be banned for disclosing top-secret info. She immediatly revoked her mod powers. She said that they will be sending something to player mods via postal mail to confirm the address. This could prevent a lawsuit on them in the future. Besides, rules are meant to be broken. :-w And the Runite curtain is in place for a reason, removing it might be bad.. Seriously, if everyone knew all the secrets of the pmod team, they'd know where all the secret pmod parties are and invade them. :ohnoes:

I'm pretty sure this is top-secret player-modlike information. :-$ Anyway, the only thing I can think of would be to be able to track you down if you abuse powers. I mean, that crown in game, you could get a little kid to do anything, including tell you where they live "for the record of their account".. and if a p-mod just happens to be a bad person... :shame: They have some info to send the police out.

In my opinion, this would be better off if it's just a really large mingame arena, rather than a whole world. Kinda like a modified version of Castle Wars. I think it would be better implemented that way, rather than as a new world. :-w

The big jump in the graph is from me turning the stat logging off for a few days, so it's skilling quite a bit.

I go by the fireworks stores all the time.. It's completely illegal for me to enter them though.. Apparently, someone thought it should be legal for Pennsylvania stores to -SELL- fireworks, but illegal for residents to -BUY- said fireworks. The law specifically states all people must show a valid ID proving they're not from PA before being allowed to buy fireworks in PA. They must then promise that they will not give the fireworks to a PA resident, or use the fireworks in PA. WHY can you sell fireworks in PA anyway, as it's illegal to use them here, not to mention it's illegal to use them in any surrounding state. To me, it seems like a way for the goverment to make money on taxes: while supporting the illegal use of fireworks.

If there's any chance for this to be implemented, you at least need a limit of how much can be put in -- per user, probably a limit of 1-2kb would be all that Jagex could handle. That's still 10-20 gigabytes of data to add to the database server. I can't see unlimited space, because knowing some users on RuneScape, there would be gigabytes of "asd;sj;ghalkdfj;ald" put in there. :shame: It's not a bad idea, it just needs a lot of limitations on the programming end in order to not affect game speed.

It would have to be restricted. You couldn't have it regenerate in the wilderness, in minigames, or anywhere else PvP. You couldn't have it regenerate while prayer was in use. And it would have to be a really slow.

It depends really on who and what it is. (For this post, Friend is anyone who I'd count as a real friend, normally someone I know IRL or off of Runescape, and "Friend" refers to anyone else on my friends list.) I would not report my friends for swearing, but "friends", spelling around the censor constanty (not like once or twice, but when it comes to every other post is a swear) would end up with a report. I would report anyone for real life trading, no matter what. I would probably report anyone for bug abuse, but it really depends on the bug. Something like the one with the Rouge's den bug recently, no, but if it's something like an item dupe, they'd be reported. I would report someone for account sharing in certain conditions, but not if it's like a brother/friend when you're nearby. Telling them I'd reported them? No. The report abuse system is anonymous for a reason. Fortunately, I've only had to report one "friend", and never had any reason to even report another. And that friend was immediatly added to ignore, permanatly, because he was intentionally cursing directly at me.

I don't know.. when I was your combat level, I had enough trouble killing them with prayer the whole time.

You need to use marrentil and a tinderbox.

If you're using prayer the whole time, then prayer armor.. you don't really need defense if you're praying.

The guy that did that disappeared between RSC and RS2.

I was annoyed by something like this recently. Someone read the Behind the Scenes, and thought that meant that -ALL- those updates were instantly added to the game. I'm trying to tell him that no, that's just what is supposed to be added this month. He followed me for 20 minutes asking me where to find an update that didn't even exist yet. I kept telling him it doesn't exist, and he'd just say "No, it's in the news". Eventually, I just blocked him and switched worlds.
