I was logged on that day but wasn't on the world this incident occurred. It happened around or on 6/06/06 so people where making jokes about that (666). This incident was Durial's fault but Jagex's fault as well for having such a huge bug yet they didn't return items to the people that were killed by him. I don't see how there's no way for them to know if you got hacked (the keylogger part may be true but they should be able to IP track to look for consistency and what not like Blizzard does). Anyways the Dural guy even killed a player moderator that was telling him to stop (lol)there should be vids on this on youtube somewhere. Just gotta look around. Oh yeah; thanks for responding guys.

Well didn't play RS for like around the time that Dural killing outside of wilderness thing happened. Wondering about checking the game out again. Do players till hit 0's? That was one of my biggest gripes about the game. Guide could use some .jpg , .png if you know what i mean, I'm, going to read it now. Edit: This guide has some information that the Knowledge Base didn't fully describe lik ethe color of the projectiles the dwarf shoots at you using the catapult but the Koweledge Base covers the important stuff. This guide could use more pictures and more tips though for it too be any good, ut as I said, some of the stuff KB didn't mention was nice.

People auto with dragon axes? That's pretty funny- i highly doubt it. If you mean woodcut while AFK, yeah people would still do that even though it's dumb. Congrats on getting the axe head, cause that guy wouldn't of got it when you saw it. When a player drops an item and you see it, that means they don't see it anymore, or am I wrong, haven't played RS in months so don't be so disrespectful if correcting me.

Someone could be a Legend for what they've done whether it's positive or negative. legend-a person or thing that inspires legends. So durail321 is a legend even though what he did was wrong. To the people saying anyone would of done it, shut the hell up. There are people who would actually do it. 1. There are people who think they will get banned so they wouldn't do it and would either report it, tell someone else so they can do it, or just leave it alone for someone else to do it. 2. There are people who think they will get banned if they abuse it too much so they would just kill some people with good stuff , or a few noobs just to experience it and probably record or take pictures to show friends after the bug gets fixed and they did/or didn't get banned and would either report it, tell someone else so they can do it, or just leave it alone for someone else to do it. 3. There are people who think they will get banned if they abuse it but would give the wrongfully obtained items to a differnt account and go on a rampage and report it, tell someone else so they can do it as well, or just kill people and speak nothing of it. This the scenarios people would take. 1 out of the 3 (probably more) but every person wouldn't perform scenario 3 like Durial321.

I wonder if anyone has been counting the number of bugs that came from POH's? I'm really curious to what the number is.

RS has been out for six years? Didn't it come out in 2001?

For tip.it to give a glimpse of what happened they didn't have to post the interview on their website for everyone who didn't know about this too see. in thei next edition of Tip.It times they could of just talked about the bug instead of bringing up that horrible interview. That interview was nothing of professional when I read it. Interviewer's would encourage the person being interviewed to give more facts, but that guy went to far idolizing him. This is Jagex's fault in the first place but after reading what this Durial said about giving items back and he feels bad even though he killed a lot of people knowing the consequences for his account and his victims items. He also gave his partyhat to a friend to hold it for him if he loses that account, that's evidence enough that he didn't plan on giving back items toi players he doesn't probably even remember. Y2g2003 I agree with you- don't bend rules Tip.It, don't name any names or just take that rule out in the first place. Knowing names would be better for the community to know who to avoid so wht did they stop it in the first place? To prevent people from lieing about someone? That's hardly a problem if the guy accused has evidence.

Damn it, they're under the influence of players overuse of acronym(like AIDS is an acronym that stands for Acquirede Immunal Defficiency Syndrome) for something that could just be spelt correctly with just two or three letters. "KBD and KQ head" is understandable cause it would be way too long- but Addy!!!? Instead of just saying Adamantite back in RSC, they changed it to Adamant even though people were using the term Addy back in RSC just to be lazy and now they've finally done it. It doesn't really matter but it bothers me. They took away three letters from Adamant and made it Addy...-.-

Why should naming the names of deceivers be against the rules? Most likely they have a explanation in the rule section if the forums but still...

Rares is the most efficent way for the rich to get richer and taking that away because it causes problems is pretty stupid. If their were no party hats, people will still scam, hack , and abuse bugs like the most dangerous bug ever that occureced two days ago (in my time zone). instead of party hats people wolud just be after Dragon and merchanting tht even tohugh it won't be as great as merchantingt party hats. Get a hold of a hat without getting hacked and youll make millions. Don't complain about rares in the market. The economy will always be healthy because of Alchemy no matter what (even POH's can't effect the economy for so long) except for if Jagex just deleted all money in the game for any reason but they can't bring such a big bug into the game :lol: Edit: In the Marketplace section of Runescape Official Forums they have "Discontinued Items." A section for rares only. Jagex will never do the things you suggest.

I support tehlukewarm, I like his ideas, even though because of stating this someone like on page 5 is going to make a fool out of me. Earlier I said he shouldn't be banned because it was Jagex's fault for not preventing this in the first place but most likely he will be banned because it is bug abuse- BIG bug abuse to be exact. Still though, he doesn't deserve to get banned even though he caused a lot of people misfortune when it was Jagex's fault in the first place. It was like they practically gave him a loaded automatic to cause chaos. For the people that don't agree that he shouldn't be banned, look at it this way: ~When you scam someone, it's deceiving a player for personal gain and you are fully responsible for it and it isn't Jagex's fault because everybody can do it therefore it isn't a bug that should of been fixed and you should be banned for players' misfortune. When you abuse a player harming bug; it's deceiving the system for personal gain and you are fully responsible for it but it is Jagex's fault because only people who discover it to abuse it can do it and therefore it is a bug that should of been fixed in the first place and the player shouldn't be banned for players' misfortune.~ Off topic: Trading scams would be harshly decreased if they just made it so that you can put up items or amounts of money and only add on to it, not take away. Although this would make haggling for prices even more troublesome, the posts of getting scammed wouldn't be so common. I'm angry at Jagex, I'll openly say that. I don't want you guys to perceive me as an ungrateful person because I am grateful for the updates they release. I just really don't like the suffering it causes to players due to bugs. To add insult to injury they don't even return your items or give an official apology of any sort to lessen the pain of victims of bugs. They can record chat messages, your private messages, track down trades to find culprits of real-world trading, and not surprisingly, probably much more than we expect, but they can't return someone's items even if they can probably get evidence that they lost their items unfairly. Highest alter and burners give 3.5x exp to prayer. You could take noted bones and get demon butler to unnote. Very fast prayer exp. Servants won't unnote bones.
