rules were ment to be broken once in awhile, like your saying jagex rules are alot like the law? There just rules to a game and thats it, So why bother reporting a friend or clanmate? you just lose a friend or your clan gets weaker.

yep pertty much most of the "oldschool" players started when they where 14-15 in 2001 so now we are all like 18+ for the oldschool players and we all have jobs and houses now

well rate him right now im working on 50 rc(was gonna wait for it to be 50 so all non combat f2p stats are 50+ but takes to long) and with that it will have 501 skill total. after i get that im going to get him members.

i started out with doing it the str way back in rsc was like 60 attack and 75 str when rs2 came out but then i moved to attack and now im 95 attack and 87 str so attack ftw

well i started when iwas in grade 7 so that would be when i was like 13 or something and now im 18- 19 on the 24th of sept :) and i graded moved to alberta bought a 2007 ford ranger almost got engaged got outta that moved back and been partying/ working hard ever since

no i would never report them and i expect the same form them. most of the people that i am friends with i have knowen them for 3+ years some even more and over the years they have probally broken every rule that jagex has ever made but there still here =D>
