1. Your attempt at humor was rather futile in this case, and Halo 1 and Halo 2 run off the both engines and both use the same systems for the basic mechanics of the game. Only difference is H2 has online feature and obviously the storyline is different from the first one. Don't try and be lame saying H1 takes skill opposed to H2, if you can play one, you can play the other. H2 actually helps develop more skill as you have to play against others that are better than you. Unlike H1 where you sit in your living room just playing with you friends who you own again and again.
2. There you go MagicTv, it's yours. Also I'm gonna be sending you a friend invite on XBL you play Halo 2 right?
3. Anyone else want it?
4. Wow dude, it's abstract the over contrasted colors are a result of a color balance that I put in to make it more dynamic.
5. Giving a free abstract sig to the person who provides me with the best reason as to why they should get it:
6. Random spray painted colors ='s copying? Get over it, if they ripped that grass they should be shot for ripping something so horrible looking.
7. First to start with me, I'm not going to mention the slantedness, that's a problem with your perspective and only you can fix the lines on that. I'm going to give you anatomy problems. First of all, her legs are straight, angled lines, we do not have straight and angled lined legs. We have knee caps, we have calfs and muscles in those area. Number two, the skirts, once again far to straight, what person do you know owns a skirt that stays there stiff as a bored, even if it is only linework there are going to be some changes in the fabric. Her shoulders are also straight, and her neckline is even straight. Come one, are we in block world now? The hand holding the goblet, AHH, look it'd be way to long if you were to let her hang it straight down, but then again the arm holding whatever that is, is way to short. Your finger tips are about 6 or 7 inches above your knee caps when hanging straight down. Which leads into the hands, what the heck? Just so... Umm.. Not a hand? Also her other extremity, feet, looks like someone chopped off the end of her feet and stuck round tennis balls in her shoes to make up for the lack of foot and toes. Quite a few anatomical issues, once you get those fixed I'll be more than happy to help you learn proper shading. Which also, don't work on such a large canvas, size it down.
8. Well, all I know is that if I ever start spending 12 hours on the computer a day, I'll make a post and someone can come and shoot me.
9. First attempt or not, I'm going to be harsh. How can you be satisfied with this piece at all? It would take a blind man to be even consinderably satisified with it and he'd then say it was horrible when you described it. You desperately need to work on your anatomy, don't make your pieces so large. Pixeling is not meant to cover a huge area. The anatomy is just horrible over all, I don't remember anyones head being the shape of a gigantic grapefruit. People do not have fat puggy, non defined arms. I don't care if the person is fat or not, there is definition and some sort of tone in there. Which brings me to my next point, no shading! You put absolutely no shading into this piece. Was it because you didn't know how or just to lazy? Regardless, you need to learn... FAST. That's what makes a pixel piece is it's shading and looks of realism. And yours is by no means real in any shape, way, or form. Go back to the drawing bored, learn anatomy, shading, and controling your canvas size.
10. Are you kidding me? True there are 30 year old men that play WoW as Night Elf Women, but there are 30 year old men that play as women on RS. And the community is not horrible, just yesterday alone, I was trying to complete a quest, and couldn't becasue of the mobs attacking. Some random level 60 came up and stuck with me for a good 2 hours to help me. And that's not the first time, everyone on WoW seems to be really nice, I've had plenty of people just come up and ask if I want to go into a group just to get a quest done. Plus WoW is better in so many aspects: Far bigger population, plus people are really nice. Auctions House, go in, put an item up to be bought, leave, and when it's sold go to your mailbox and get the money. No more, "333 to buy x item," typing it non stop for about 6 1/2 minutes just to get some random person to offer you some crap. With the Auction House, you set a starting bid, and you can offer a buyout. Pretty much like eBay, true if you want to get a certain price for it, you can spend some time looking for someone to buy. Dying = Awesome, when you die, you won't lose items, instead you're turned into a ghost and a symbol shows up on your map, you follow it and when you get close enough you are offered the option of resurrections. If you do die to many times in a short period of time you will have to wait about 20 - 30 seconds when you reach your body to come back to life. If you do not feel like finding your body or you're in place where you'll be attacked and die again automatically. You can talk to the Spirit Healer in the graveyard who will return you to life where you are, with 2 conditions. You have 2 minutes of resurrection sickness, which means all your abilities are at 75% of there potential for 2 minutes and all your armour takes a 25% hit. There are a few other ways to get resurrected, paladins, priests or druids, in your party can offer to resurrect you with no sickness and durability hit, and you will appear right next to them. Number of different paths, you can take so many different paths, a human mage, a night elf hunter, and many more. Level 60 cap, the kid that got 58 in the month trial, very highly doubtful, actually impossible. So try again. Also with the expansion pack coming out the cap is being raised to 70, also two new races are being added to the choice. Blood elves for the horde and I am unsure what is being added for the Alliance. I could keep going on and on, but I won't. In short WoW is way more worth it. But of course this is my opinion.
11. Anti-Aliasing. Make the item look smooth.
12. Currently I drive a Pontiac Sunfire *shoots self*. But right now I'm waiting for the guy I'm selling it to, to get back from vacation. And then I'm buying a 2005 Ford Focus ZX3 Hatchback. Been wanting one ever since I can remember and now finally after working hard for 4 years at the same job, I can buy it! Muahahaha!
13. Well you gotta figure, he has the hood on so that's automatically going to make his face darker shades, but then you also have to take into consideration your light source and where it is coming from that should help you decide wquite a bit of what you need to do.
14. Extremely good job Keiph, nice to see something from ya again. You certainly haven't lost your touch, keep it up. The design is very smooth and unique. Very easy on the eyes and the way you laid things out helps the eyes move through the design. Ace job mate.
15. I'm new to abstracts - I accept that you may find this copying but I need it for practice. GS does not make abstracts so I see no way in which you can relate the two. I am developing my own designs as times go on so I see no need for the sarcasm, please don't be rude to me just because I admire others techniques He certainly does pixel though, and your past couple pixel pieces have screamed, "I WANT TO BE LIKE GS!"
16. Wow, can you do anything in your own style or with your own idea? Your either copying the way GS shades with odd colors or you're ripping LP's ideas. Please get your own stuff, this is rather boring and pathetic.
17. I quite agree Random, it's very flat actually, you only have smooth transitions of the colors.
18. And this relates to the topic at hand how?
19. If you ask me, I doubt it will happen. Pixels do take a very long time, I wouldn't mind doing abstracts, but pixel, nu uh, not me.
20. Yeah dude, come on, get TXT messaging. It's the 00's and everybody's doin it. Lol, true, but problem being schools don't allow cell phones or at least Michigan schools don't. We got quite a few people that use a dedicated note book between two people to pass notes to each other, but they're females, I'm assuming you're a guy; sorry if you're not. Now, here's an idea, wait till you get out of school to talk about these things, wait till after class, or give them the notebook after class or during a free moment in class when everyone else is shuffling around. It's always to risky passing them in class, but I do not understand the purpose of passing notes anymore. As a senior in high school, I just fail to understand it. I still get them from psycho girls that I dated in the past, I read them, get a jolly good laugh and toss them. Anyways, think it through, and also if you are called down to the office for it, tell the principal it's an "Idea book" that you and a friend are collaborating on to right a book.
21. Agreed, never push yourself. I tore my rotator cuff two years ago and went to the doctors, they did X-Rays, and they told me I should sit out the rest of the American Football season, I covinced the doctor I could finish the season. Bad idea, as soon as the season was done I went in for two surgeries. One on the shoulder, went through the physical therapy and all that. As soon as that was done went right in for knee surgery as my knee randomly would dislocate and my cartilidge was pulling away from the bone. The knee problem I had for a while and just kept putting it off, I knew I needed surgery. IN THE END! (I know you've been wondering, "WHEN WILL IT BE OVER?") My point being is, I severely suffered as an athlete, I stopped playing football, basketball, and all those. Only thing I play now is football (soccer), and I had to rigorously workout once all the healing had finished to get myself back in shape and had to try to rebuild my strength. So go see a doctor and do not take off your cast/splint again.
22. 5,000 songs is not hard to get of similar sounding music. There are more than enough bands that give a nu metal/death metal sound to at least hit 6500 without a problem. So stop downloading music and buy an album trust me having that album looks much nicer in a collection of CD's then the same shiny silver with words written on it in a sharpie marker.
23. As soon as I left school on Friday I was at the theaters to see it. Since I saw the first snippet of a trailer back in December, it was all I could talk about. I quite agree with you highlanders, true action is great if all done correctly and to much can ruin a movie. I think just a tad bit, just a smiddgen (spelling/word?) more would have gone a long way. None the less, it is in my top five favorite movies. The philosophy that V uses and the background he came from. They didn't start it off when he was a child or going into space for an hour of the movie (Hulk and Fantastic Four), they gave you enough to understand why he was doing what he is doing. They let you know the problems he had and understand them. I think at the end we all became a bit of a V. It was amazing. "Why won't you die?" "Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. There is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof." A must see by my standards.
24. First order of business - *EWWWW!* Second - Grilled squash, that's just nasty, I hate squash. It's so disgusting. My mother will make it sometimes and as soon as she says "Dinner's ready," I have my jacket on and I'm heading to the nearest resturant.
