when i got 25 in con. i had to make my house a 2 floored house so i built a skill hall then a stair case and another skill hall on-top to make a 2nd floor. problem is that now i want to change my 2nd floor skill hall to a quest hall but im worried that if i do all my other rooms/furniture on the second fall will be demolished to when i demolosh my 2nd floor skill hall that has the staircase that makes my 2nd floor. in short: if i demolish my 2nd floor staircase room that allows you to have a 2nd floor, will all my other 2nd floor rooms get demolished with it?

redecating changes the exterior and landscape of your house. so it's pretty much useless feature wise just changes the way it looks (but then again over half of poh's features are just for looks -.- ) and no it will not remove anything you've built inside you poh nor any rooms

actually you do. when they ntoice non-clan members joining they tend to change worlds, thus begining the random world surfing process again

there probaly not offically announcing it to avoid password scammers/keyloggers and such. if they did now would be the best time then ever to send email out to peoples inbox saying stuff like "to reactivate your account click [insert keylogged link] and such. just a thought tho

il summerize what i said earlyer then.... apparently somthing happen with jagex and a lot of ppl got randomly banned (speculation) jagex is aware of this problem and are requesting you to submit your problem to customer support. this problem seems far spreed so i can imagen they are working there rear-ends off thus why you have had no responce as of yet.

actually useing a 3rd party client isnt breaking a rule as long as it doesnt give you an unfair advantage (macroes, autoers, mutations ect) or doesnt block advertisemnts on free-to-play. it only strongly recommends you don't have one as 90% of them have keyloggers

i find PC worlds by adding random lvl 100+ to my friends list when the shout goes out "new pc world" find out what world he logs into. ive also noticed that PC worlds are easly spotted in the world select screen. eg/ world 110 - 785 world 111 - 921 <------PC world world 112 - 765 if one of the worlds has a slight population boost, i bet ya its a PC world. always works for me atleast

i don't think pies effects stack with cider let alone cider stacking with cider

if your lvl 40 doing PC chances are "1337" lvl 90+ will call you noob, hassle you to switch worlds and generaly give you a hard tim ect. besides that on my alt (61 atk, 55 str) i barly just make 50 zeal. thus imo i reckon it wouldent be a good idea to subscribe to members only for Pc

considering there are only a handful of lvl 99 smiths in RS i reckon that would be quiet an accomplishment.

imo its sounds more like ninja rabbits then raccoons to me : anyway ontopic: i don't know what could be causing the problem but i know what SHOULD fix it. press CTRL+ALT+DELETE then click the program tab scroll down till you see your borwser on the list. right click it and highlight set priority: set it to high. hope this works
