is this good? what r u aiming for? Its good for your age, try to aim for higher lifting of weights, you want to lift a weight around 8-12 times and do 4 sets of this... the more you push yourself the quicker you gain muscle... Although i'm 17 and am only bicept curling around 45lbs at the max

If you actually stick to this program I can predict you are very physically fit, and have atleast a 6 pack with big arms :P The only thing I do more often then you its sit ups and on the pec flie i think i do a few kg above you... Very nice workout plan, I prefer punch bag for 10 minutes at the gym to running as punch bag reliefs stress... Apart from the time where the gloves where to big and i nearly broke my nuckles :oops:

Weighted plates, but the heavest one is 10lbs (4.5kg) :| Hense why i say my weights suck :D And i'm rubbish at sit ups as it is can only do like 10 (im a small built person, lol) i guess i'll practice on them >.>

Try not to turn this into a flame fest otherwise it will get closed... I'm 17 so my body is mostly changed my shoulders just need to widen abit, and about doing sit ups while holding a weight, my weights suck so it wasn't very effective compared to the sits up i doing at the moment... I do those sit ups 10 times each which is 30 sit ups and i can feel it working, i try to do 4-5 sets a day at the moment, which are usually spread out... Also i'm trying to find some exercises that i can do with my weights for upper body... We'll see how long this lasts, im missing the gym already and its closed for like another 35 days :(

Yeah, you could do that, if your weight plates have grips in them, like my gym does, then you could grip them and hold it while doing sit-ups, that's what I do. I guess 20lbs would be okay, just do your sit ups slowly so you can feel the tension on your abs. I work out every 2-3 days. Usually, Day 1 = Bench Press, Dumbbell Shoulder Press, Weighted Sit Ups, Flyes, Guillotine Bench Press. (Chest, Triceps, Abs). Day 2 = Bicep Curls, Pull Ups, Dead Lift, Incline DumbBell Curl, Close Grip Front Lat Pull-Downs, Bent Over Barbell Row. (Mainly Back(Lats, Middle Back etc.), and bicep). Day 3 = Bench Press, Dead Lift, Squats, Bent Over Barbell Row (Full body Workout) That's what I usually do, I may make some alterations to the programme depending on my mood, etc. I've gained about 12 lbs this month using my programme, and I'm continuing for another few months til' I get that all-awesome V-Shaped body. :D Thanks i'll give it a try before bed and let you know tomorrow how well i think it works lol, nice workout plan, shame my gyms closing down otherwise working out would so much easier :\

40lbs? Havent got a 40lbs weight at home, my weights suck lol, i guess i could tie to 20's together but would be hard, i'll try do 20 sit ups with a 20lbs weight on my chest... I'm guessing i'll be putting my right hand on my left shoulder and my left hand on my right shoulder with the weight rest underneath my arms?

Sounds like fun, i had a good night last night aswell, went clubbing with some friends, but did a few things that i regret which I know are going to wreck my relationship with the girl im 'seeing' at the moment :( Don't ever go clubbing when your already seeing a girl unless shes going with you >.>

A common mistake is to do massive amounts of press-ups or situps to try and build muscle. If you want to build muscle mass you should do low repetitions of high weights. This is a little trickier for sit-up type exercises without access to a gym, but try doing it with a weight on your upper chest area. For home exercises though, a set of adjustable dumbells is very useful. Personally, I play hockey for about an hour or two normally once or twice a week this time of the year, normally in matches or training. Rugby before Christmas, and tennis in the summer. I also go to the gym three/four times a week to work with weights and go swimming. In the summer I also cycle a lot, and run in the winter, although less running this winter. I got told, that way is unhealthy for people under21 becuase our body is still developing, so the best way for that age is high reps low weights, it doesnt cause as much damage Rubbish. High reps low weights only increases endurance at any age. You can't build muscle mass by doing 300 reps of whatever excercise you do. Even most pro's do about 2 reps of 6 lifts, with a pause in between. P.S: Depending on the person, you can start bodybuilding at 14-16 with high weights low reps. It totally depends on your body. Thats for generally building muscle on your arms and legs through? For your ab's if you havent got a type of machine sit ups are far the best, and if your doing a low amount you wont feel anything, no pain no gain -.- But i dont know, i did 40 of those sit ups i mentioned in first post, and the stomach crunches do help trust me lol, i could actually feel it working >.> Wow a lot of posts in a day

I made a thread like this around half a year ago when I thought I exercised loads but i had no clue that i was doing hardly any :lol: So my question is what exercise do you do, other then sitting at the computer? I personally tried the gym when i got the cash to pay for it for a month and ended going about 20 odd times out of the 30 days i paid for, but now my gym membership has ended and the gym is closing down, so i need some new home exercises... My plan is to do these things i got taught which is a normal sit up, then a stomach crunch for each side (which i do in 3 movements) then start again (target is to be able to do this 100 times, which is like 300 seperate sit ups), this kills my abs, so i hope to build muscle soon :P Aswell i plan to continue doing weights at home... So my question is, what exercise do you do?

And yet your saying you can't be a successful pure at that level? Who gave you the right yo flame someone because of there stats for some of the stupid things you've done... Good luck, i had a mage tank, which is currently 67 defence 85 magic 81 combat >.> Gave him up as mage tanks are rather stupid unlike range ones and it was too costly, as for the fact i started playing my main again ;) I'll check back now and again :anxious: -

I got off my bum and bought some rune after loosing 7 sets in the wild and started trainning for 90 strength, 83 at the moment 100k till 84, so we'll see how long i last... Flesh crawlers seemed very busy, but i'll see how good the exp is >.> Keep it up \ -

Ermm how much exp per an hour are you getting? I want to get 90 strength on my main which is 90 attack 83 strength 70 defence at the moment, was just wondering how long it would take me there >.> -
erm i was defending a friend from a rc pker and you pked me...if i had barrows gloves and better stats id fight you...but i dont so i cant even hit as close as you The wilderness is suppose to be dangerous, enter it and expect to get pked? thats the way its suppose to be, and stats and equipment is only 50% of pking, the rest is knowning when to eat, pot, run, etc, why bother trying to pk people if your going to blame being bad on your stats? why not get pker stats or barrowers gloves instead complaining? anyways i wont be albe to annoy you on P2p anymore, taking a break from rs >.>

I'ts been rubbish since the RS2 came out :roll: I actually agree, even though i hate people who are like, you stupid RS2 products - me being a rsc player myself - where it actually took skill to pk... Now you call people now a great pker, well runescape 2 takes little skill its all luck and stats, so there not great because they got 100+ kills, there great as they had 100+ kills worth of luck, so theres not such thing as a great pker... But yeah what you say may be true and understandable but theres nothing jagex can do but rewrite the whole wilderness :roll:

I totally agree with what your saying as i think about it alot when i see a low level playing on members... I personally got members at level 50 in RSC but i only got it as a friend did, it didnt make trainning any faster in those days as a d long was very pricy, however getting cash for my first rune armour was eaiser as i just fished lobsters which took me an hour to fish 200 due to the continuous clicking... But yeah members at a low level in RS2 helps level A LOT faster...

Meh, i'm fairly old school, P2P was there but dragon meds were ultra rare and cost about 16M which was about 1.6Bil now? Lol, party hats werent worth that much and santas were dropped a week or two after i started playing, but i wasn't addicted enough to play when they were dropped :lol: Anyone remember when you got shot by a ranger and it said 'insert playings name here' is shooting at you. Someone made an account call 'a black man' so when you got shot by him using range, it would say 'a black man is shooting at you' lol :D

Well didnt bother to read all the post in this topic, but this is just my own opinion and how i am... To me real life > runescape, unless i'm going out somewhere else if someone asks to go out i wont think twice and logged out of runescape straight away. However runescape takes over other tasks that are less enjoyable like homework :-w But yeah i know people in real life who wont come out as they prefer playing a online game then having a real social life, but each to there own... Also the amount of hours you play doesnt reflect how serious you take the game, for example some days i wont play at all as im busy with friends etc, but other days i'll play over 6 hours as no ones coming out or i have nothing else to do. The question you need to ask is, do you you get really stressed if you die? Or you loose cash, or die in the wild? If so you take it too serious... If you go its only pixels, you dont - i'm leaning towards this, i can take it serious but morly then likly don't. My 2 cents
