player owned houses? You don't get drops or exp? And the highest monster is a steel dragon , hardly a boss.

I've given up with bandos now. Its literally a waste of time unless your maxed combat with overloads and equipment that adds up to a few 100m. I thought of an okish way to fix it but theres probably holes in my idea. You pay a monster tamer to fight certain bosses that he's slightly tamed to follow his commands. This will help reduce inflation, and allow you and who you choose to fight a monster. They could make an arena for it, much like duel arena, but for fighting monsters, and you have to pay.

Respect to anyone who finishes this, I gave up ages ago.

Managed 73-81 Summoning in 42 minutes. 42-47 Farming. 73-75 Range cannoning. 86-87 Strength. Also got about 120k slayer exp. Next time (if there is a next). I'll play abit more leading up to the event and try for 90 summoning.

Reward will be the statue, which can teleport you to certain places. Thats what I'm betting. I haven't even finished the first statue, not sure if its worth it yet.

I prefer to look at it as "I need to collect 30 rocks every week for a while." It isnt as discouraging. :P I think its pretty lame so I've given up on it already. 30 every day or every 2 days would be much better.

At very minimum 29-30 weeks. Also yes its true.

To the guy who said you can only build one statue a week, post proof. Don't believe him, it sounds very doubtful.

To collect the whole statue, I'm predicting it will take atleast a month. Some people got all 30 in a day, so lets say 30 a day = a month ;/

Yup. I've stopped collecting now, it was distracting me from my orginal goal, so just going to do it inbetween slayer!

Seems A LOT more reasonable. Will be atleast a week till anyone has the whole thing, without a doubt.

For those with 99 in these skills it's just plain annoying if we want the final reward. And these bonuses really aren't that great at all at higher levels. Getting 9703 xp at 99 is pathetic, but getting a few k at mid 70 is alright I guess. Well if you want something you have to work for it. If you enjoy the distraction then the reward will not matter. I see no reason for anybody to not like the length of the distraction. I just think its doubtful many people will switch between skills 30 times to get the reward. Champion scrolls were different because you were trainning the same thing, and the exp wasn't so bad.

Which means it could be either ;/ But why do you get the stand for your house the first time? I thought you build it in your house the second time, and it doesn't break :S

We know that lol, we want to know what the one in the house does :/ Get 30 more quick! :D You mean 870 more :P If completing the statue once gives you one of the 30 pieces needed for the POH replica, you need 900 total stones from skilling to complete the POH replica. I don't think it breaks the second time... 870 would be insane?

9/60 now. FINALLY go fming 2nd rock. Then went to get fishing, got both within 6 seconds ;/

I'm guessing it teleports you or something :/ Just got a farming stone, so i'm up to 6/60.

Got first fm one after 50 odd logs, then burned another 600 with nothing... Going to burn some more now ;/ Then I might finally have my 6th out of 30 lol. No clue how people got 30 so fast. I want to see the reward for 60 ;/

I think you underestimate Jagex's ability of disappointment. I'd easily expect the statue to be the only reward, well other than maybe a bit of xp. I've played this game longer than most, but I have a good feeling about this one.
