I was just walking over to the new area, and I saw a level 18 with the secptre! Just wanted to know if any of you have seen somebody a lower level?

I want to know if there's any runecrafting benefits for an f2per to use pure essence over regular essence. Are more runes formed?

The theory is a bit of a stretch, but I must agree. I don't play runescape that often, and when I do it's when I'm not outside. I do many outdoor activities, but recently the entire nation has been getting hotter, which keeps me indoors with my air conditioning blasting =)
