My opinion is: - they are too easy to make, you should have spent 15-20 mins doing them - you dont have your style, I mean, you just copy and paste the image of RS and made a PAint Background, added any font, with any color, and some of them dont go with the sig, in the case of: - My suggestion: read some tutorials of grunge and effects, and remake them with better Backgrounds

Your sig is boring. I agree, and Misterxman's sigs are one of the bests of Tip.it, there are others grat sig makers, but I really like Misterxman's sigs!

I dont know exactly, but I'll give my shot: I think it is when you draw in your sig, not a pixel one, but you draw a coolg BG (maybe a forest -> just eg) and draw a character, not a RS guy....

You should learn a bit more and see that a render is an image that has no BG, that is, the BG is Transparent and you can use in a sig!!. Renders can ALSO be the finished work in a 3D program as well!
