It's not about him being taken to court or not. It's about people here saying he deserves that. And that's ridiculous. Or atleas, that's how I see it. I agree, he does not deserve to go to court over it. The courts have more pressing issues to deal with, I would think.

I would agree with you there, I don't think it's fair that you're limited in how you sell stuff either. Unfortunetely, you have a few idiots that would mis-use this privalige, and spam up the forums and other immature stuff, and because of these people, giving F2P forum access is impossible, given how easy it would be for them to set up a new account to avoid forum bans. @unkn0wnwarrior, I agree with you, making F2P would attract more people to P2P, and make the game this better. I have no problem with that, but what really annoys me is when you get F2Pers that start demanding things to be added for them, under the illusion that even though they contribute nothing to the game, they somehow deserve updates. This is just wrong. I agree, the forums would be nice but won't happen because of those who would no doubt spam. I also agree that those who start demanding things is annoying.

Streets of Rage, NHL 94 (I think that was the year :-k )... The Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse was also a good one...

I love retro games. Mario Bros. games at the top of the list. That said, some modern games are also good.

The cards and shows were not so great. The themes from the shows are catchy, though. The games, I like, but the first 6 for gameboy were the best of them.

Parts of Runescape are educational, yes. They provide many opportunities to improve your mind through quests and what-not.

I think it is spelled staph and is short for something too long for me to know the full spelling. These sports-related injuries reminded me of another time I got hurt... Not nearly as bad as it sounds though. Me and my sister were playing baseball (sort of, I was pitching she was hitting) and she got me in the face with the ball... She can hit hard, too... And another time, we were watching some 2-pitch games at the local baseball diamonds and a guy hit it foul high into the air, and it came down and cracked me in the face...

I've never said that all F2P are beggers, and I've never called someone a noob for no apparent reason. I have respect for anyone that has the determination that most F2Pers show. However, when F2Pers start demanding things to be put onto a game that they don't actually contribute anything to, that's when I start to get a tiny bit annoyed. Call me old-fashioned if you like, but I don't really see why my membership money should be spent on players wich play the game for free, and proudly do so. I just don't see what position some F2Pers think that they are in to start demanding things like more quests, magiks, deal arenas, more skills etc.. If you don't actually contribute anything to the community (ie, paying membership to help Jagex afford new updates etc.), I don't see why F2Pers should expect that the rest of us see you as being a part of that community. Your membership money shouldn't pay for it. The leftovers from ads should. Not new skills, or minigames, or anything big like that, but a few little updates to make F2P just a little more appealing to those who want to test the game before paying. If they like F2P they are more likely to pay for the game.

Around here, there would be a case, but it would take a very long time to actually get to court. I highly doubt he will actually press charges, but if he does, you did assault him. The chances of it being taken beyond the school's principal are slim, though.
