Hey people. :P I've practically quit due to crappy updates. If the Lunar Spells are good, I might get back to playing. Lately I've only been playing like twice a month for 10 minutes. I basically don't really care enough about Runescape anymore to continue going for 99 Slayer. Updates that say for the requirement, "25 Cooking, 5 Thieving" or is just a bad update in general make me think this is such a baby game that it's not worth it anymore. Plus with my XBox360 I have lots to do still. :) I havn't exactly quit, but until the updates get good I definately won't be playing much anymore. :-#

I'm not even going to start. :lol: I already knew this update would be another :-X one, so I didn't really have hopes for it. *Hands crossed for next weeks Lunar Spells.* :pray:

I'm a nice high level, but if a low level adds me to their friends just because we talked I'll put them on ignore a lot of the time. Also, even though I have the same skills as a 124, 125, 126 I still get a little intimidated fighting against them. :-s

So, what are you saying? We all seel our items and raw materials now because our runescape economy is going to crash any second liek what happend with the great depression? You have to give jagex a break i mean banning 8000 people a week for auoting is not an easy thing to do. I really think they are trying but what can you do really. I say just ban all of China. :anxious: They got like a zillion people there, it's impossible to control them.

I'm hoping for a group Vengeance Spell and being able to actually use Heal spells in places. If any of those come out I might get back to playing Runescape daily like I used to, rather than once a month like lately. =;

Lunar is far better than normal. You can get anywhere like normal, even without teletabs. I myself use ships, air balloons, spirit trees, jewlery and all that. You get used to the law consumption.

Same for me. -.- Everytime I log on it's, "Hi, hey, hi, hi." Though I've been on the verge of quitting for a while so it doesn't matter anymore. Suprisingly I played twice last week for 5 minutes each time, and no times this week.

Who wants to bet that Jagex will eventually announce: "In other news..." "We have now fixed the Castle Wars bug where players could put the Castle Wars Bracelet on at the beginning of the game, take it off and still have the effects it gives."

Even Jagex staff admits it now: quantity>quality I want a jmod in my friends list as well :cry: I really don't understand why a bracelet slot would need a new game engine though :S:S any java programmers that can help us out here ? might be easier to start with a new engine from scrap then to go thru and re-write a bunch of slots and junk... honestly. i dont know. but the weirdest things do mess with your coding. so maybe the design testing might require a portion of that. Oh yeah, let's just completely rewrite an engine. Would you like getting no updates for months? It's not something you do on a rainy sunday afternoon. But I'm quite dissapointed that it's not possible. I thought the current engine would leave plenty of room for updates. And now we see a new slot isn't even possible. I suppose there will be nothing really big coming up then. I wouldn't mind waiting. It's not like any of the updates are good anyhow.

The Onyx Bracelet isn't that bad...especially for Slayer. If there was a Bracelet slot that is, but no, Jagex aren't smart enough to do that. If there was, you could use it in combination with the Hitpoints Recovery Prayer. It'd be helpful at Abyssals or Bandits.

Lmao...the glove spot? These will definately not be used, especially by Barrows Gloves wearers. :lol: I thought there'd be a bracelet spot as well.

Sell the rewards from Mage Arena and dragons you get rune drops and the occasional Dragon drop.

If you alch right or do Mage Training Arena or Fire Bolts on dragons, you make money rather than lose it. PC is only good if you can get into Heart Unit.

Don't do it. Do Fire Bolts on metal drags, make your own bows and alch, or Mage Training Arena.

By the way, over the past months I've been working on a video, The Journey to 99 Slayer, which will be released once I'm 99 Slayer. Every Clue I've gotten from 90-99 Slayer will also be posted. :wink:

It's worth it. It's Slash defense is actually better than the Rune Plate as well.

Indeed, Dagganoths are good. Only worthwhile drops are the high leveled seeds. If you don't care about drops, Suqahs are better. They also drop lvl 3 Clues and you're completely safe against them.

Made me think of what you could wear to look like Ghostrider. :-k
