~I changed how the new arrow prayers work, view main post for information.~ One thing you got wrong there, if the Attack lowers by 2%, you can't rise it back up. It doesn't lower the stat itself. For example, Ultimate Strength rises Strength by 15% but the stat itself doesn't rise. And the second part, that would just make it that much funner to pk. :wink: But he could still miss when he attacks anyhow, therefore making it go back to the 2% start, since it does afterall lower Attack. @Swazman- No, these would be members only, probably with a quest requirement. It would be a whole different set of prayers itself.

The protect prayers aren't that overpowered. I would imagine they drain 2x as fast as the regular ones, which is pretty dang quick. I'd imagine that the level 99 Prayer cape would be a nice benefit to help prayer last longer once it comes out. And @ Elphin, I prefer my idea more. :? With my idea, it's not likely to get even 20 sucessful hits in a row, even if you are level 126. It's just a nice little bonus based on pure luck. :wink: If you got up to 30% no matter what, that would be way too overpowered. I fixed up the new prayers to be +2% and -1% instead. Also made the Mage and Range ones lower Defence. Special Energy Drain now drains 5% rather than 10% too.

If you view the Runescape Knowledge base, you'll see where I got some ideas and percents from. I would think a quest requirement would be in order for this. For the new prayers with the arrows, the maximum % you can rise to as a bonus is 20% and minus of 10%. Which means that 10 sucessful hits will get you maxed out. 10,05,06,3:48PM Thanks y'all. : And I play at least 4 hours per weekday. More than 6 weekends. While I was raising Mage at PC, I realized I could do Tears of Guthix again. I did, then built 1 Larder to get a level. :)

F2p has hundreds of autoers. Autoers getting bonuses? No thanks. :?

Here's what I think. Attack/Strength/Defence/Range/Mage - Higher % boosts? Prayer - Prayer drains slower? Mining - Mine ores faster? Woodcutting - Cut wood faster? Smithing - Iron never fails, less bars required for items? Fishing - Catch fish faster? Cooking - Never burn anything? Runecrafting - More than 1 Combo Rune per essence, double Bloods at 99 when released? Crafting - Not required to tan hides? Firemaking - Fires last longer, burn brighter, bigger? Fletching - String all option, no feathers for arrows needed? Agility - Less failing chances, energy restores faster? Herblore -4 dose potions automaticly? Construction - Can make own planks free by using a saw on wood, more room capacity? Farming - Quicker growing, less diseases, more crops? Thieving - Less failing chance, more GP per theive? Slayer - Choose tasks, more slayer monster rare drops, permanenty black mask effect?

Highly doubt it. It will probably require a quest, and the current f2p quests pretty much covered the entire land already... :?

I NOW HAVE A REASON TO GET 99 MAGIC!!!!! :XD: :D :mrgreen: :shock: :thumbsup: Sorry for that, but I've read that actual post before about the skill capes, and I can't believe it's comming true! I'm loving this month. However, Cooking and Fletching will not be much of an achievement for anyone to show off with, sorry to be so harsh. :? But so many people will be wearing those capes, it won't be very rare to see them. I bet the 7 people with every stat 99 are going to have a TON of fun. :)

Ever day my stupid computer does this for tip.it. I added this to my trusted sites and everything, but it still does the privacy report thing like it's blocking the cookies or something. And the page just stays blank. The Privacy Report smbol is the thing at the bottom right, it's red. Help? :cry:

Ever since last week (I'll assume my mom did something to ruin the computer like always) none of the videos I try playing at You Tube work anymore. Instead of automaticly playing the videos, this message appears in place of it. I already have the latest version of Flash Player, but I don't know how to enable JavaScripting to fix it.

Climbing boots vs Rune Boots are to Defenders vs Obby Shields. Climbing boots are better offensively and cost 2GP while Rune Boots are better defensively and cost over 200k. Incase you don't know...Climbing boots give Attack bonuses, Rune boots give defense. Rune boots will only replace Climbing boots for things like multi fighting areas. They both give +2 Strength you know.

Who gives a rats ___ about the Runescape storyline. :-s It's more for 7 year olds than 10 year olds I'd say. Not like anyone actually knows about the stories or bothers to find any in the Runescape archives anyhow... Other games can pull of a story like which appeals to everyone, but there's something about Runescape that doesn't quite cut it...oh I know, the lack of no challenge at all? :?

RSC isn't weak enough to be placed so low. That's were all the pro pkers and lots of higher levels are. :?
